I really don’t like this location. The kids who work there are miserable. The guy today seemed half asleep and totally put out that he had to take my order. Plus I paid $5.59 for a mini blizzard. Can that be right?!

I haven't been near a dairy Queen since I moved into Naperville from around the Aurora/Warrenville. I miss it so much that I took a friend with and drove to one of my favorites and ordered a Cappuccino Heath blizzard. That's my favorite and now my friend's too. I love the Dairy Queen on Eola Rd in the Stonebridge area in Aurora. I have to look at locations online and go from there!

Good Ice cream like always, terrible customer service like always. Cashiers look like they're miserable. The kid who took my order didn't do the signature flip and gave me attitude when i called him out on it.If you don't want to work there then don't. Every time my family and I go to this location the service is always terrible.

They always close half an hour earlier than they say on there posted hours and have tried to go in 3 times and there always closed and from all the bad reviews and nothing being done about it they really need to consider closing or fire everyone being lazy and rude and hire employees with better customer service skills.
