Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery on November 17th and these are the pies I received. I called to notify them immediately and said what’s going on this looks like cracker dough and it’s inedible, it’s raw in the middle. Troy says “yeah it’s our dough, something is wrong with it”. So why sell it? Terrible. Also had to beg for a refund which wasn’t even the full amount for what I ordered. I’m an advocate of supporting small businesses in Warrenville but this business is off my list now.

their customer service is absolutely horrible. they’re all so mean and i had an employee genuinely question my competence on whether i was looking for actual pieces of garlic on my bread. the fact that she even had the audacity to suggest something so bizarre is just insane. she also proceeded to scream at and over me for the entire phone call when i was just trying to get my order fixed.

their customer service is atrocious, i had an employee scream at me and continuously talk over me because of THEIR mistake. they forgot to make my sandwich on garlic bread and they forgot to include the au jus sauce in my order and she started screaming at me about how i wasn’t getting a replacement and asked if i’ve ever worked in customer service, i told her i have which is why i know that’s NOT how you speak to a customer. she was extremely rude and the manager was not much better. she refused to let me speak to anybody else and told me her manager said they won’t do anything for me. she also refused to give me her name, though i know who she is (not that it’ll make a difference, they’re all the same there). this terrible girl gave me a panic attack considering she just kept screaming over me and making me uncomfortable.

I ordered lunch for delivery on labor day. I called the day before and asked multiple times that the restaurant would be open on labor day, each time the response was yes they would be open and would deliver the lunch on time. Well,they were NOT open for lunch and we did not get our order. They did call several hours later and asked if I still wanted the delivery! I said of course NOT, it was for a lunch meeting.The woman I spoke to said there must have been a misunderstanding with the staff on Sunday.I am extremely disappointed with this.

All Rosati’s have the have pizzas available, but only this Rosati’s serves up their pizzas THIS DELICIOUS!!I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE, especially friends and family. Even if you’ve had Rosati’s before (And this is my favorite Pizza chain) I would still try THIS LOCATION.Prime example: My father got a pizza from a DIFFERENT Rosati’s location I won’t mention and was not happy with the pizza… he mistakenly assumed all Rosati’s around here were the same. Until he tried, and loved, THIS pizza.Thanks guys! Ordered a thin crust for delivery last night to the Hilton Garden hotel in Warrenville. Was a Large with extra sauce sausage and pepperoni and fresh tomato slices in top. Was the best pizza I have had in a very long time priced right and delivered in time frame. The pizza chiefs definitely put some love into that pizza. Thanks Rosati's A+ location.

Best Rosati’s I have found in Chicago. Best Rosati’s I have found in IL. Best Rosati’s I have found in Nevada. Making this the BEST Rosati’s I have EVER found!I placed a pickup order for 2 thin-crust pizzas; one 18” Sausage and one 12” Cheese and was pleasantly impressed with the quality and quantity of ingredients. The crust was PERFECT. I didn’t even really used to eat the crust or all of it at least. When the crust is cooked properly and not burnt as I have had most of the time from OTHER Rosati’s locations in Nevada.My crust was perfect so honestly I didn’t know how good the crust actually SHOULD be until I went here. There were perfect amounts of cheese, sauce, and sausage leaving just the right amount of crust.I don’t know how they cook their pizzas so well but I will be back!!!!! The employees are great. I even got a call letting me know my pizza was ready! I’ve never received service like this from any pizza place ever before. Even little things were written inside the pizza box like “Enjoy!” And “Thank you!”, which I thought was a nice touch. They really do work harder here to make your pizza perfect.The owner was there and I think he was cooking the pizzas. I THINK that is why the pizzas turned out so well. He said he has been at this location for 7 years and I feel like he’s a great chef in general so with talent and time he’s got this place running like clockwork and he’s got the pizza down to a science. The food is poorly prepared. Burnt pizza.The owner of this store violates countless labor laws. He is emotionally abusive towards his employees and commits tax fraud.Warrenville residents do NOT support this business!!!!
