To the 3 ladies working today, 4/11 at 11:50am thank you for answering my 5 millions questions regarding the wrap change. Subway no longer carries tortillas wraps and the wraps are now made on the flatbreads. I was not thrilled about the idea. I generally order on the app so I had to ask a bunch of questions to get what I usually order. The ladies didn’t appear annoyed, informed me it would be great & that it was!. The girl that finished up my order was super helpful and encouraging to the idea. Now subway as a company I am upset with getting rid of the tortilla wraps :(

I've waited longer for food but that was rarely in a drive through. Usually that long a wait I would be at a table or the bar with a beverage while I waited. Luckily my son was in the back seat because as long as we waited, he probably would have started gnawing my arm if he had been upfront beside

Stopped by Washington Subway and waited 20 min to order. I made the order and a lady with short brown hair took it off the counter and threw it away because the other employee put the wrong mozzarella cheese on it. Rude and the other customers were shocked also. Called the Tremont store since they have the same owner, but the owner never called me back. Will not ever go to this location again.

Poor food and service. This is just my opinion, but the people of this area need to stop supporting all these price gouging restaurants. Just let them fail.1. Waited 10 minutes in restaurant just to give my order because apparently those in the drive thru are infinitely more important.2. The quality of their bread is terrible, very chewy and underdone, deflated right out the oven, like it wasn't left to rise long enough.3. Quality/ quantity of their proteins is pathetic. $15+ for a foot long "cheese steak," with maybe 4oz of bargain basement chopped beef for the whole sandwich.4. Obviously understaffed, so I can only imagine where all the profits are going, I wonder...

Terrible. Sent an email to owners and called store manager and have yet to hear back after a few weeks. Food was cold and could tell it was not fresh at all. Had to throw out our two sandwiches after waiting in drive thru for 20 minutes. Will never be back and still would like reimbursed. Go to Michaels down the street and stay local.

Horrible,,couldn't eat the sandwich.The bread was old and stale.The vegetables were old and i threw the whole thing in the garbage.I won't return.

One of the team members seemed new and not listen to what I was ordering. Seemed so overwhelmed. Had a long line. I got Parmesan cheese on a tuna sandwich, I would’ve asked 2x before actually putting that on.
Under new management and it shows. Clean store, friendly employees and great sandwich too.
