I was just at the Wauconda Dairy Queen at 4:30 in the afternoon, I asked the staff member (blond with glasses) if I could pull forward to see the size of the cups to determine getting a medium or large blizzard, she copped an attitude when I asked this question. No one in front of me or behind me. She must have said something to the other staff member about my request as she then turned and looked at me. She then said can I have the coupon with attitude, gave me my change shut the window and never said thank you. If you don’t like your job find a different job! Your boss needs to give you a lesson on customer service.

We ordered two cones one chocolate with Sprinkles and one vanilla with sprinklesWe tried them and they tasted like a soapy dirty ragIt was grossWe brought our cones back and the girl working had a huge attitude !!! We were super polite !

I got an ice cream cone with sprinkles and it tasted like mold or a dirty dish rag went back around to let the young lady know and she was completely rude and called me a liar. I was extremely confused why she was so upset about it when I’m the one who ate moldy sprinkles ?

Had a Marshmallow / Reese's Peanut Butter Blizzard. It was delicious. It surprised me when the girl presented it to me upside-down (thus my picture). Super-fast service with a smile.

Ordered at the drive thru and the girl was very rude to my husband, rushing him through the order. Every time he spoke, she cut him off early asking if that was it. Poor service, but giving 2 stars because the ice cream is good.

I asked one of the wonderful women on shift to triple the amount of whatever I wanted for the blizzard. She DELIVERED!! She made that blizzard with her soul. I wish I caught her name, but she told me she liked my nails so if that rings a bell for any employee girl I love you and you deserve a raise. Hands down amazing job!

Who doesn’t love DQ, and this location is always good and the staff is great! Also, the non-dairy Dilly bar is very tasty!

I am sure this will fall on deaf ears with management, but lets go..... Last night, the gal on the drive thru intercom was incredibly snarky and rude. She was literally YELLING at me !! I pull up, she asks to take my order, I begin speaking and she cuts me off and says "HELLOOOO"?? So thinking she didn't hear me the 1st time I speak up a little louder and she cuts me off again and snaps "Ummm, You can stop shouting at me now", pauses and again and rudely says "I HEAR YOU". I was so taken aback - because I was totally not shouting (turn down your headset volume). I get to the window and politely ask the cashier what the name is of the girl working the drive through. She did not want to tell me and asks me "why do you want to know"??? Are you serious?? I want to know because she was incredibly rude, So now, the cashier turns around and tells the gal that I wanted her name and the rude gal was basically giving her the "IDGAF" attitude. When my order was ready, the cashiers attitude was obviously influenced by K______, the rude gal. I get no "thank you" - nothing!! Honestly, We tossed it all out because we did not trust her in preparing it at that point. All the times I have been to this franchise, I have never had an issue. These young girls can really use some coaching in communicating with the public and customer service. They have a long way to go. I will now be visiting the LZ store instead.
