These were the worst pizzas I have ever gotten at a Little Caesar's. First off, the pizza was not cooked, long enough. I picked up a slice of pepperoni and a slice of sausage, and both went limp. It tasted like the pizza was a lasagna noodle cooked and topped either pizza ingredients. Bit as usual, the Crazy Bread is King! Might have to try another location. Never had a problem with their Detroit style, so I don't know what their deal is.

Pretty disappointed with thisPlace. They said it would be 10 mins. I Ordered a pizza cheese bread and wings, they weren’t too busy when I came in, I went to go pick up stuff from the other stores in the strip and came back and it still took another 15 mins. other people coming in ordering and getting food before me, after I had already been waiting the entire wait was 45 mins. The employees in the back don’t wear any kind of food safety equipment like gloves and the cook in the back looks like he doesn’t know what he’s going. He also wasn’t wearing a uniform at all, very unprofessional. Looked like he was spacing out. Won’t be coming back.I don’t leave reviews for businesses often so this was a bad one for me.

Pulled a giant hair out of my mouth while eating a sausage pizza. I’m absolutely disgusted and will not be taking the free pizza they offered me. I asked for a refund and hopefully I get one when the general manager works next. In response to me asking them to wear hairnets and do better, I was told “I’m the only female on staff and my hair is up.” Up is not good enough when your hair was IN MY MOUTH. Be warned Island Lake/Wauconda area. Go to dominos instead.

Horrible service, nothing is ready and they make you wait at their lobby for over 20 min. I have tried changing the times and days I go there but it’s always the same. This shouldn’t be called fast food.

Did an online order this evening. Wait time was going to be two hours. Fine, it's Friday. I understand. Two hours come and go and our Doordash tracker hasn't moved and the Doordash driver's phone number is telling me the line is no longer connected. I try calling the store and all I get is the busy signal. I try calling the Little Cesars hotline and it tells me their system isn't working and can't transfer me. Never again.

IT TOOK TWO HOURS TO GET MY ORDER!! I tried calling the store over and over and the driver but the call would never connect—which just proves what other commenters are saying about them switching off their phone.Two hours is absolutely ridiculous and I will never be ordering from here again. I’ve already contacted corporate for a refund due to the wait and the fact that my food was extremely cold. This place is a joke, don’t ever order from here.
