burnt my pizza tonight! i think you guys should have remade this

Order placed at 5:30, the delivery was quoted at 45 minutes. It didn't arrive until 7:20. The pizza was cold and flavorless, the canolis I ordered had gone completely soggy and despite asking for no pistachio it was on both. Mozzarella sticks had gone rubbery and the cheese bread was hard. For $65 I expected much better.

My husband Brian ordered the Baked Penne with meatballs tonight 6/20/23 excellent meal! He loved it and has enough left for another meal! Was nice and hot and he will be back for sure! Keep up the great cooking!!!!

Rosati’s Pizza 531 W. Liberty St. Wauconda Ill 60048. The food is great! The people that work there are nice. However, for the last past several months that I have ordered food on-line none of the offers, deals or special promotions that I get via email work so I end up having to call to place my order. Once I call, the girl/girls that take the orders never have any knowledge of the specials or promotions. I tell them about the promotion I received via email and they act dumbfounded and confused. They also are never aware of the deals that are directly posted on their website. I feel like I’m in a “Twilight Zone” episode while speaking to them trying to figure this out. It also seems like they cannot override anything or adjust any prices. Their answer is to pay regular price (because they are unaware of the promotion) then call back tomorrow morning to speak with the manager for a price adjustment or resolution. This is too much of a hassle to just get some food with the expectation of getting a special or promotion they are running on their website or with the emails they send you. The last three times we ordered from them not only did we NOT get the deal that they were offering, but on the last order we got the wrong order and were over charged. I am sad to say that they have lost my family as customers. UPDATE… I posted this on their Facebook page and it was removed 3 min after posting it.

It's hard to get a 5 star out of me so that should tell ya something. Gave a 3 for atmosphere because there is no dining in. But it's definitely a great place to get your food to bring home and eat it

$67 on Easter Dinner with a hair in my food. The Manager and Associate apologized and said things happen and we are sorry and only credited me back for 1 XL pizza in which the hair was found.When I asked yesterday if the manager would follow up with me about this manner. The person on the phone commented “Why would he? I am refunding you back your money for 1 pizza.”My contribution to Easter was ruined and $23.99 was the refund and the fix for this situation. This solution was given to me after I declined the remaking of a pizza and for me to pick it up.Never would go backCalling the Manager this morning and having him repeat the line “ Things does happen. We can make 500 pizza and unfortunately this happen.”“Things does happen” line came from the employee who worked under him as well.Illustrates that the employees follows the managers leadership.
