I'm not the one for bad reviews but they always get something wrong!! I just picked up my order and they were missing the chips. Last time they didn't put double meat!!! When I call the store they never answer the freaking phones!!! I'll have 2 calls going at the same time and they never answer! This location really sucks!! Never coming here again!

If I can give no stars I would. The girl with the glasses has a horrible horrible attitude. And made my sandwich sloppy because she gave me attitude. Thursday around 6pm 4/6 !!

This place participates in most coupons offered in the mail and such so if you’re into that then come on down. Double check with the app though
If I could give 0 stars for the experience I had with Michelle the manager I truly would. Not sure how the subordinates under her act more professional then she the “boss” who cockily tilts her hat that has the magnet specifically saying “boss” to the side for customers to see while giving them the worst customer service in history. been coming to this location for years, never had a rude experience until Michelle took my order. Ironically she turned her hat to the side to show off her “boss” magnet on it and come to find out the only employee at the location with the least amount of people skills and customer service is the manager. I truly do not leave reviews like this unless the service has been inappropriate or negligent especially with my toddler son being present while she’s behaving this way. This location has always been successful because they have friendly employees. It’s a shame the overall experience is going down due to the inexperienced manager driving customers away with her attitude. And yes, it’s only her specifically that’s causing literal customers to walk out bc she thinks it’s humorous while being on her phone, subway is going down overall financially if they continue to hire “managers” like that. Do better.

We have ordered from this location for over 5 years, and this last year has been poor. The problem has been repeated inaccuracies of our order. We typically get our order delivered in a timely fashion, but their have been wrong or missing items. With inflation of their prices, these inaccuracies can no longer be tolerated. This last order, 2 calzones and a salad with tax and tip cost $63. That is the price of a good sit-down restaurant where we send the order back and get it corrected in a timely manner. So we will not be ordering from this location in the future.
