I was there at 9:40pm and I ordered a medium cappuccino blast, the lady told me Baskin was close. I asked her why and she said Baskin closes at 9:30pm when the hours of operation says at 10pm. I used to work for a Dunkin/baskin and crew will say the same thing because they were lazy to prepare the blasts. It’s like the food, you can order food any time but crew just lazy to prepare it and they say kitchen is close. It’s obvious this chubby chick was lazy to do her job but oh well you’re losing business and customers.

This location used to very nice and clean. I've been in there on numerous occasions and heard some of the staff using the N word to speak badly about black people. I don't understand how people like that are allowed to work here. If you have a problem with any race, then you shouldn't work with people. The manager seems oblivious to this behavior. How are they still operating allowing such language.

Horrible horrible service.My daughter just graduated BC and on liberty my daughter wanted ice cream. We got there and door was locked. As we proceeded to drive away, we saw a worker open the door for another worker. We asked if they were open, she pointed and said drivethru and closed door. Just very very bad service and rude workers. All three should be terminated. Sorry but bad experience

The Food and drinks at this Dunkin' are really bad. I ordered my regular drink that I get from other Dunkins and when I got it this time it was so bad, the ice wasn't blended properly, it was all chunky, overall it tasted really bad. And I also ordered two bagels with veggie cream cheese and they got my order wrong and burned the bagel

AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! This Dunkin has an entrance that is DANGEROUS!!! The snow plows push all the snow into the entrance and make it very difficult to pull in and out. I got stuck on the curb that was under the snow. The owner/manager do not keep up on the entrance and would not reimburse me for the tow. Not a thing.

Arrived at 9 PM with 3 cars of new Navy Graduates and the doors were locked.....all these kids wanted was ice cream for their first time off base in 8 weeks. The doors were locked and 2 employees were inside but wouldn't even acknowledge us. There are no signs on the doors to show hours so I relied on your web site, which apparently was not correct. BAD service Baskin....what a waste of very limited Liberty time for these new Navy Sailors and a poor representation of your company.

I am only giving this place a five star review because of the young lady, Stacy, that's working on shift tonight. She was managing the cash register, donuts, coffee, ice cream, and the drive thru with ease. She kept a smile on her face and never made me feel like she was annoyed by the fact that she was working alone and people kept coming in waiting for her to take their order. I'm sure she was overwhelmed with the six of us waiting to order, six waiting to get their order, and the three cars in the drive thru, but she never let it show. Her customer service was exemplary and her calming presence made waiting to order a pleasure. Thank you Stacy for doing such an amazing job as a Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins employee!
