I ordered the Philly cheesesteak works. It was so good. I normally get the Philly as a salad for lunch but I needed something with a little more substance for dinner. It did not disappoint. The cheesecake choices were good. Unfortunately they did not have pineapple upside down which is my absolute favorite. I went with carrot cake. Very good. Definitely recommend.

Just not a fan, should have trusted prior reviews. Beef on Philly was Super salty, and just felt processed, bun not fresh, plain bagged processed food type of bun. Fries were good, and staff was great & friendly. The place looks like a blue nautical kids restaurant - and no towel / hand dryer in the bathroom (why?)

Great sandwiches, and their amount of options is truly great. They cheesecake is good too, and I'm not a huge fan of sweets. Hot tip: ask for the sauce on the side.

I typically go to the North Chicago location. I got the Philly works and it was disgusting like the meat was not fresh. I was too afraid to eat it because the meat taste spoiled. I never go to this location again I would really like my $15 refunded.

Just left here not too long ago highly upset. I wanted some good lunch today so I decided to do a pick up for door dash instead of getting it delivered… it’s my off day. So when I went to pick up my food. The lady who I believe she said she was the owner Veronica tells me some lady just put her phone up and picked up my order. Don’t get me wrong, I understand things happen but, the least should could have done was actually looked at my phone see what time I ordered, what location and made it for me. I am a paying customer who she made to feel like a criminal. I’ll never come back there. Didn’t even have to waste my time to drive that way.

The food is amazing. Hands down. My issue is that we’ve been here twice, and both times there’s been something wrong with our orders.First time we said only one cheese fries, they put cheese on both orders. (I’m lactose intolerant). Second time my husband paid for cheese fry upgrade for his and they didn’t add the cheese. Our orders aren’t even complicated. Wish it didn’t keep being an issue, because the taste of the food is great. Just hope they pay better attention moving forward.
