Food was delicious. Got the steak and shrimp combo. Shrimp was grilled and served on top of the steak. Loaded mashed potatoes was delicious as well. Server/bartender was courteous and cool. Understood why I stayed for one more beer because of the bad weather.

Service sucked the waitress had no clue and a attitude when my wife asked what kind of fruity mixed drinks they had the waitress just shrugg her shoulders and said I don't know we asked were they are on the menu and once again stated I don't know ordered a bloody mary and it was horrible just made with half the ingredients and was foresure poured extra hot what ever I think to be a jersey cause they were closing and the management was joking around with the staff inappropriately when customers were still in the restaurant. Just horrible experience with non professional staff thumbs down horrible date night with my wife

Ordered a steak, asked for medium rare and it came out nearly raw. Server didn’t ask for me to cut into it first. Table didn’t even have silverware, had to ask for it. Would recommend going to a different location.

Terrible experience with the manager of a client near my table. I spoke to him in a rude tone, incorrectly asking what his foreign language was. A moment of very bad taste. According to the managers they should. Give an example but the times that I have gone to that manager. On Sunday night, 3/3/24, I didn't like his behavior as a customer, that's why I removed my stars.

Ordered a sirloin steak dinner cooked medium and this place sent me a raw bloody steak that you couldn't even cut with your best knife because it was so raw. My roasted street corn was slightly burnt and these people refuse to give me my money back. Cooperate been dragging their feet on my refund as well. It's been well over a week and I've yet to receive my refund for that bogus food that came from this Waukegan location.

I went in on valentines day after calling and asking if I needed reservations or if there was a wait and how long it would be and I was told no you can just come in anytime no wait no reservations. I waited an hour and a half to get a table for 2 and waited over an hour for our food which was cold so we sent it back and waited another half hour for the food and when they brought the food back it wasn't even ours so we payed for our 2 drinks that never got refilled the whole time we were there and went home and cooked. That was my one time a yr to be kid free and be with my husband and not have to cook which really pisses me off because I spent half the night there for no damn reason and still had to cook. I was a waitress for 18 years and I've never treated or neglected my customers the way my husband and I were treated and neglected. Thanks for screwing up my valentines day. Do better.

Was craving steak, and this location was on my way home. Stopped in for take-out and had a delicious Deep Eddy Lemon & Soda while I waited. Food arrived "for here" so I was skeptical on how it would be one I got home. Well, that kitchen staff is amazing because everything was so good! Broccoli nice and fresh, mashed potatoes nice and loaded, and the steak perfectly cooked per my request.The bar tender and manager were both friendly as well. I will be back!
