I'm Upset That I Even Have To Rate It A 1-Star This Is The Worst Place To Eat In My Opinion Here In Lake County. My Cousins And I Went For Dinner and We Found A Damn Dead Roach In One Of Our Plates! I Notified The Hostess And Before We Could Take A Picture She Snatched The Roach With A Napkin, Apologized And Walked Away Nervously. We Got Up And Walked Away. One Of The Employees Asked If Everything Was Alright, But We Were To Damn Disgusted To Even Bother With Her Or The Damn Bill! I Encourage Everyone To Please Stay Away From This Filthy Roach Infested Place! At The Minimum Inspect Your Food Before You Eat It...

Food was horrible couldn't even eat it. It's like they get it out the trash it was so nasty omg. Then the service horrible the lady watches how much food gets thrown away and she tells the man and he looks in the garbage can I really believe they take it from the trash and the sale it. People are throwing it away is because it's so nasty fish cold nothing has seasoning no good sauce there was nothing there I could it I literally used all the napkins on the table to spit food out . The health department really needs to visit this place it smells so bad by the bathrooms like sewer is broken me and my family left omg yuck ?????

This is thee Worst Chinese Buffet that I ever went to. The food was Cold. I told the manager and he say it was because I had to much on my plate?. He then stated that no one has ever complained about the cold food. I said I’m telling you about it now. He walked off. The rice was over cooked and hard like it was from the day before or something. The plantains were dried out. They even charge $1.99 for toddlers. This place needs to be shut down. I will never come here again. And they use paper plastic plates.??♀️??♀️? All the fried food were 2seconds from being burnt.1

I don't know how I ended up here. The place looks like a 90's movie theatre lobby. Eat here if you care absolutely nothing about your health. I would have been happier with paper plates but they have foam plates. No toilet paper in toilets, smells like it too. You look at the walls and you say "I can't believe this s###" and then you see S### on various parts of the bathroom. Ironically you don't see any in the toilet bowl. Also roaches. In summary, there are a lot of other places to go in Waukegan to eat, far better Chinese food places. DON'T CHANCE IT HERE!
