I regularly come into this chipotle location, however their customer service & quality in food has gone down the drain. There’s a bunch of teenagers running the place, yet this place is always a mess, not enough food prepared, & always poor customer service. We have given up on this place.

Did a mobile order and picked up my food, burrito had no meat in it at all. Literally no meat. Tore it apart and no meat inside but double the toppings. I would rather drive somewhere else to pick up next timeDon't waste your time or money

I’m not one to write reviews, however, I’ve been going to this chipotle regularly since it’s closest to my job and have noticed the service here is appalling. It’s ran by young adults with absolutely no work ethic. I say this because I have come during opening and have had to wait 15-20 minutes because they are still prepping/cleaning and don’t seem phased by the group of people waiting outside the doors. The place is a mess. I tend to dine in and always have to clean and wipe down my tables. The fountain station is sticky and not well kept. Plus the garbages are overflowing with food literally spilling out. Today was the last straw. While I was ordering, my server was completely distracted by one of her coworkers and not paying attention to me at all. I had to repeat my order multiple times and she still didn’t get it right. I asked for extra rice, didn’t get it. I asked for the hot sauce on the side and immediately after I had said that she put it on my bowl. Once I corrected her, she grabbed two hands full of cheese in which the hot sauce was laying on and threw it out…didn’t even add more cheese into my bowl. The portion of guac I got was fairly small. I have definitely ordered guac and gotten WAY more. I know the picture doesn’t do it justice but I found it to be a small portion. I asked for a little bit more and they told me I would have to pay for double guac. I asked nicely again and they insisted it would have to be double in price and did not have good customer service. So I’m done going to this chipotle because I realized I could get the same quality of food but better service at the location in Lake Bluff or Gurnee.

Website says it opens at 10:45, it's 10:55, were in the car and the workers are barely cleaning/mopping, while other workers are eating. We tried opening the door at 10:57 and it was locked, while the workers that were eating just glanced at us and looked away. They saw me and another customer waiting outside, mind you, it's supposed to be open. They were being rude while they were eating, not acknowledging us when it was supposed to be open. Smh, when they finally unlocked the the door, we still had to wait for someone to attend to us while workers are walking right by us, not even saying good morning or acknowledging us. The place looked a mess, they didn't finish cleaning, the floors were horrible, there was cleaning products still out, the food did not fresh at all, we just walked out. Smh

It is one of my favorite restaurants but this time there was very bad service, they gave me a salt salad, it was literally empty and when I went to tell them the manager told me that all the food had salt, I understand but it literally has salt in its fists and he insisted that the food had salt until I suggested to him, if you eat this dish I'll eat another one just like it, so even though I didn't want to, he gave me another one and the one I had went in the trash because he didn't receive it.

I Always come to this chipotle here on Lakehurst and ask for 2 bowls for one of my bowls I always ask for the portion of meat on the side : the last times I been here they over charge me saying the have to charge the meat as an extra portion . Basically telling me how to eat my bowl and how to mix it . If a customer ask for specifics on their plate they have to respect that .

As a regular customer I feel that my poor service today may force me to find another location that can get an order correct. I ordered a veggie burrito with black beans and brown rice. Instead my burrito had white rice and no beans. When I brought it to the attention of a worker he contested that the rice was white and offered to make me another - I declined.
