Came to this location and the employees were so clueless about the menu when I was ordering. Had to open the Dunkin app and show them the drink I wanted because they had no clue what was going on.

The latina woman behind counter at 347 p.m I believe her last name is Cruz. I'm not sure she had no name tag at all. But that's not my point. She touched the inside of my bag with her bare hands and had an attitude when I asked her to put on gloves!! I asked in the nicest way! People shouldnt be mad when you ask them to do their job properly! If your not supposed to use the gloves then why are they there!?

Love Dunkin donuts & coffee. Disappointed that US99 Melissa & Austin I couldn't get coffee mugs for work Joel Kennedy construction and Dunkin coffee for coffee with Joel Kennedy cause he got mad at me for drinking coffee first thing in morning at work on his time. At first I thought maybe cause didn't bring enough for everyone. Cause him or his son buys dozen donuts every day for us so heard about coffee mugs and figured Dunkin coffee with Dunkin donuts kinda get him to understand gotta have the coffee to start the day at least its not something else lol

These guys don't care if the Duncan app does not work and honestly believe they purposely have it not work so that they don't have to give us the deals. If you get it to work and prepay on orders online to pick up then ya they give it to you but if you pull it up to redeem it there they won't accept it or honor it. They quickly distance themselves from the "makers of the app". Like it's not Duncan. I guess I'll find a way to make a drink I like at Starbucks. I'm sure they wouldn't mind me leaving Duncan for them. * went to the Duncan on Lewis by the shopping mall and u-haul.. not only did the young man profusely apologize but he made sure I got the deal. So happy. NO STARS FOR THIS DUNCAN but go to the one on Lewis and Williamsburg Dr.

Horrible place I came inside to order a coffee and get a dozen donuts nobody ever even came to take my order. They’re so concerned about the drive-through they forget about the people standing there I just walked out I don’t even think they noticed i left.
Either they give me the wrong items or they burn them,how is this acceptable?

WHEN WE FIRST CAME THIS PLACE SAID THEY HAD NO TOAST, STRAWBERRIES OR CHOCOLATE DONUTS. Everything we wanted to order they didn’t have. We waited 10 minutes to get our order taken with no one in front of us and we arnt satisfied with the food we had to order. This place was super sketch and you could barely hear the lady through the mic. Worst dunkin ever. ?

this is the worst dunkin’ donuts i’ve ever been to. we waited for 10 minutes in the drive through line with nobody ahead of us and they didn’t have anything we wanted to order. they didn’t have any chocolate donuts, bread, strawberries, etc. how are you going to have a company running if the whole purpose of it is to sell donuts (and you don’t even have the most common one.) while we were waiting for our food it was extremely slow and we couldn’t hear out of the super quiet microphone. don’t go here. Not to mention, the food I ordered was burnt. Not satisfied.
