Customer service sucks not good! The woman that served me didn't seem like she didn't wanted to be there. It seems like I was a bother to her. There was not a whole lot of donuts there to pick from. I was very disappointed! You guys made my Friday morning!

First time at this location, even though I pass by it all the time. One thing that deters me is their drive thru. It's in such an awkward spot at the end of a strip and when it gets busy it's just an accident waiting to happen. Instead I just parked in the lot and went inside. No one else was inside, so I was helped right away. I ordered hashbrowns and the turkey, egg, and cheese on a croissant. It was ready very swiftly. I will say I was expecting a little more hashbrowns inside of the package. They were tasty but not as crispy as in use to hashbrowns. The breakfast crossaint, I enjoyed. Just enough of each ingredient in every bite. The store is clean which I suspect is because most people do through the drive thru especially during their commute to work.

Midwest Dunkin' stores are not as good as New England stores but the coffee is great and the apple fritters are delicious. This location is not pleasant eat inside...drive through or carry out...

I went to this place this morning around 11:00am and was shown the worse racism I ever experienced! I pulled up in drive thru and asked were they okay with taking two separate orders, never received a response. So we ordered pulled to the window and that when we were greeted with Hostility. I asked for a pup cup for my puppy and the gentleman told me No because we already had two orders and they weren’t supposed to do that, mind you he never answered when I asked him. His attitude was very very rude. I understand there’s a language barrier, but if you don’t understand what a customer is asking for and get upset with them giving very disrespectful interaction , I suggest you have your employees learn the language of the United States of America. English being the first language. We understand there is a language barrier just ask for help from someone, just don’t be rude to the customer. I will never shop here again! Time to find a new Dunkin!

I went this morning before work and got coffee for myself and my coworkers. I also got the wake up wraps, 2 with turkey bacon. Well when my friend went to eat hers she opened it and saw a black long hair cooked into the meat and melted into the cheese.It was absolutely disgusting! And could have MOST DEFINITELY been prevented if hair nets were worn!!!!!! I went in this morning, so I know they were wearing any!!!! Both the woman and the man. Highly disappointed!!!!! Almost a $5 wrap thrown away!!! Dunkin, you need to train your employees better hygiene and get hair nets!!!!

MANAGER charges you for ice. ‼ that's how you know it's waukegan, Illinois - with the economy that's been going to **** if you're visiting the area or live here, i recommend GURNEE or LAKE BLUFF locations (within 5-10mi) who, in my experience, make your orders consistently and correctly.. and without extra charge. the other younger employees that assisted my orders whenever i requested for extra SMALL cup of ice are the real ones (didn't charge) hope you guys don't get reprimanded - you're doing your best!!!

Terrible customer service, mistakes happen all the time but this location purposely made my drink wrong a second time after I spoke up & asked for the correct drink I paid for. No apology, giggling about it to other workers and bad attitudes.

I come at at dunkin often coz i work at the nearest Walmart . O my god my worst case experience here . 4 days ago i order latte they said their espresso machine is not working. I ordered the ice coffe and cannot explain how sweet was the coffee again today i came at my break time at 6-45 pm my order was simple medium latte with only two pump of caremel she make ittt tooo sweet i told ger not to put whip cream but she said they cannot do that omg the and order bagle with cream cheese she said there oven is not working like seriously just close the store its the store like that or its the employees who don't wanna make the food they never have anything . Manager need to train the silly people working who literally dont know anything. Two girl just talking to eachother and laughing just ignoring the customer.
