Sorry Elsie, I did not rate this place for I have not been in there. I don't understand how u get a rating from me when I haven't stepped foot in there. Weird!
Why does the black chick only offer drinks to black people??? When she's there I feel unsafe as she seems to have drug dealers in there who hang out go in and out the building to bathroom and stand behind me while I play ...they don't play just hang out . Going to jesters instead ..,

I have been coming to this place for a while I am unaware if it has changed management but the current girl working there mornings is awful. There used to be a petite woman with glasses I think her name was Macy she was nice there was also another girl with light eyes and dark hair and she was very sweet and always extremely attentive they both treated everyone equally. Lately I have seen another woman there with braids and I have only continued to go here hoping to run into the other two. This new woman working mornings is terrible her name is Jen if I remember. She is always on the phone blabbing away not knowing what customer service is. Rarely does she ask if we want drinks or bring chairs over of we need like the other two used to. I don't understand why they would hire someone who doesn't care about the customer especially considering they had wonderful workers before. I have came back a few times hoping Jen finally puts the phone down and stops smoking every 5 minutes but it's always the same. Since I have not been able to see the other workers to report her and it's always her in the mornings I figured I would leave a review here to my dismay. Hopefully they get workers back or hire staff who cares about clientele.

I like to stop here after work since it's on my way home. However, almost each time either the ATM is down or the machines are down. You really can't get a seat the play one of the games. Whoever is supplying there video machines and their ATM they should replace
