I really like the food, but they take too long and I don't like that they only give you one napkin. I think that due to the prices, they should be a little more accessible by putting napkins on the table.

Clean and quick service! I walked in and got sat immediately and had my order taken after browsing the menu. I didn’t catch my servers name but she was a doll. The food came out quick and was fresh. Super good and my server was super attentive even with serving other tables. The prices were decent for the amount of food you get. I would definitely return!

The older man at host greeted my party with a smile and walked us to our table. Even pulled the chairs out for us to sit on. Our waiter Steven was great. Checked up on us in a timely manner. Placed our orders in quick and the food had no issues. I’m glad Denny’s in Gurnee provided us bad customer service which made me and my family walk out. We ended up at this IHOP location for the first time. We will bring our services here from now on.

The food was OK but I was seated at a table with a booth like seat which sunk in all the way to the bottom. I asked if I could be moved to another table and was refused by the waitress who told me that the empty tables next to me were only for 6 people or more. Before you know it there was another couple being seated at those tables.I really thought that was messed up.
