Ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza that wasn't so thin and a calzone that was undercooked. Both were disgusting!! The baklava was the best part of the meal. I could have saved my $40 and bought two $5 Hot n Ready from Little Caesar's and been more satisfied. We were so turned off that we couldn't even eat the leftovers. Threw 3/4 of the pizza and 3/4 of the calzone away. You're better off crossing the street and buying some Papa Johns.

Walk in take out order on Saturday the 30th, worker behind the desk never wore a mask during the entire transaction. Pretty sure a mask order is still in effect at the time of this post. Her name may have been Anna A.

We ordered from Jacks about a week ago. A busy day yesterday so I again placed an order. Ten minutes later I had a call saying they only sold pizza now. In a week? Obviously I cancelled the order. Grubhub, however, charged my account. either Grubhub or Jacks will return my questions about processing a refund. This place is a ripoff.

Great Staff, Always Great food. And the Soups are to die for.? Haven't had a bad experience what so ever. And for the record Sausage is normally under the cheese
I never really like leaving negative reviews however one my first visit they did not impress me at all. On top of waiting 34mins for my order the fries were cold, the ribs taste like old meat, and the chicken was not seasoned with anything. More importantly in an day where Covid-19 is a very real threat, none of the employees had masks on, three of them were eating and their were all kinds of random people walking in and out of the kitchen area... No mask no gloves no hair nets...nothing. Other then that the place seems clean and the employees that I interacted with were super friendly.
