Service was the biggest drawback. I just needed some salt. The food was great! I went to the counter, where no one was. I yelled hello increasingly louder. I could hear several folks talking but I couldn't see anyone. Everytime I yelled "hello" I got louder and louder. Finally some one came up and just looked at me. "I just need some salt please". She handed me the salt and I went back to my meal. And she disappeared back to her conversation. No "I'm sorry" or anything. What a shame.

I told cashier 3 times what i wanted and did not get the food that I ordered. Fried chicken looked old and terrible, biscuits were hard. I didn't eat that and didn't have dinner. Went into kfc there were people served so I thought we were going to serve me.But after a guy was served the lady just Ignored us and went to cook chicken.Then we waited like 20 minutes and we just went to McDonald's never coming back just go to kfc in gurnee
I spent almost $14 for four little pieces of chicken and mac and cheese . They couldn't manage to remember to put in a biscuit. Which comes with every meal. What a rip off. They never have ready. This is a chicken restaurant. Biscuits chicken .wow to much to get right? Then they don't even answer the phone so that you can have your stuff waiting when you have to turn around from your house to go get your order corrected.

Way too expensive! Instead of trying to find us the best deal, we ended up paying more for less food. We had takeout. And, the coleslaw, which used to be the world's best, tasted awful. There was NO white meat, only the cheap thighs. Plus, I specifically asked for sides, and when I got home, I had sides I never asked for.

We catered it for work it came cold. They forgot the 40 biscuits it was supposed to come with. Would not answer their phone To take a call so I had to drive 20 minutes 1 way to have them correct it and give us a credit. The gravy and coleslaw juice spilled all over everything. We asked for plates and silverware at least we got no napkins no silverware and no plates.
