Unfortunately the schedule is not respected, the variety offered on Google is not available and does not taste good, it is not a good choice if you do not want to waste time, I am very sorry that they lose the touch of quality for something so absurd.

This place is screwed I stop by to buyConchas and bolillos but they are always out of bread I got a cup of champurrado and it was so cold probably from the day before it is always the same thing they are always trying to sell the leftovers next time I will not waste my time to come here I'll try their competitors I highly don't recommend this place unless you want to buy leftovers.

I was waiting 15 minutes in line so that when I arrived with the cashier she told me that they didn't have green tamales, they should be a little creative and if for some reason they run out of something, let the customers know with a sign and that way they don't lose their money. Time.

We went to buy bread and when we paid the old lady from quesque pelo guero looked at us ugly and we asked her if she had milk and she answered us very badly and I asked her if she had milk she said no but she had gallons behind her. Very bad attitude and service. If they are going to have a bad attitude, why work with people. Every time we go she has the worst attitude. They need better workers.

On Friday 10/11/2023 at 5:40pm I ordered a cake from the lady who served me, very rude, with a very arrogant attitude, I still work in a store if the customer doesn't offend you and doesn't treat you badly, they don't have to be so rude. I loved the cake at this place but this one was horrible. I ordered it a little wet and it seemed like the milk was dripping, it didn't even have any flavor. I will never return to this place. It's not worth the 40 dollars.. ??

Food is okay, bread is mediocre and pricey. Customer service is terrible, wouldn't recommend this place on that reason alone. . Ambiance is okay when music is playing.

Overrated and overly price on the tamales which I describe them only bulky, hardly no meat, and a splash of red or green sauce for the price of 3$ each with tax. Their morning ham tortas prepared supper small and charge what a restaurant would charge you (7.99) for one freshly made not seating their for hours or what was cherry picked out and obviously even more loaded not just a strip of lettuce with a slice of ham and a bunch of mayonnaise. For sure I won’t be coming to this place.

Just picked up a cake that was nothing like I asked for. Terrible and ugly cake- I ordered a cake with the Chicago skyline - with a sunset in the background. the skyline was on edible paper and it printed double and was placed on the cake that way. I asked to speak to owner and he would not see me: very unprofessional on his part! Will never do business here again. If I could give ZERO stars I would. No discount was offered I either had to take cake or get a credit for the bakery - for my deposit. They had same cakes there from when I went to order my cake! Why would I want a credit! Overall terrible service

Prices have spiked outrageous over the past 2--3 years however the pan dulce is made fresh daily and is awesome and the tamales are vary large and are good only if they are properly cooked most of the times we order a few of them are not cook well and the Maza is still vary wet and gooey. Also they charge an additional fee 3.5 fee or something of that nature to use a credit or debit card and no longer accept the EBT card.

I Went Over My Moms House N She Was Embarrassed Of Buying Tamales From There. I ThoughtShe Was Being Dramatic But When I Tried One I Realized She Was Not Kidding!! I Got So Upset!!! They Are Literally Charging People $2 For Maseca Wrapped In Corn Husk. They Should Be Ashame!
