I took my brother to McDonald's to have dinner the lady at the counter was so nice but she did not understand English at all we order our food and I ordered two pies and I got the wrong pie my order was messed up all the way how can you mess up a McDonald's order I was not happy at all I didn't eat my pies right away and when I got home my brother said it was the wrong pie he is allergic to apple pie and they gave him apple pie thank goodness he didn't eat it or he would have ended up in the hospital

Horrible service. There is always an issue here with my order and to top it off the employees are very rude as well as the managers. We ordered breakfast online went to pick up 15 min after and they completely cancelled our order because it was past 11 am and we had to pick up before that time according to the employee at the window. It is absurd, whatever time we pick up doesn’t matter if we ordered before breakfast was over. We got there 11:03. Our order should have been ready but it wasn’t. They just decided to cancel it.

I went in the evening after 8 PM. I went inside to pick up my mobile order. Everyone, including manager just kept walking by. Then looked like o was bothering him when I said, “excuse me”. Before I spoke with manager. All the other employees just said, “ no entiende “. Just wow. The tables needed to be cleaned.

5 stars because the manager was really sweet to try and help us. I had ordered a mobile order ahead of time when my sons bball game was finishing and we were running a bit behind. By the time we got there the food was lukewarm and the manager offered to make the whole order again, but I had all the kids waiting. It was the thought that she wanted to go above and beyond for us to have hot food!Great customer service!!
Food Assembly workers made a cheeseburger wrong that came through drive through. It happens. When brought into the store for a *remake,* manager seemed to direct employees to just add the missing cheese and repackage. So, cheese burger came out cold now but with the missing cheese. Customer could not tell temp at that time so took burger. Upon return with request to *remake* due to coldness, manager argued with client saying that since cline took burger, it was acceptable. There are McDonalds’ 1-2 miles down the road in either direction. Wasted minutes of my life with added aggravation due to an inhospitable and disagreeable supervisor. He remade the burger after the disagreement as it was ordered; how could he not? yet clearly the goals of drive through (or any service-industry exchange) were dishonored. Friday Jan 19th, 2024 at 11:15 am.

I don't know what's going on at this McDonald's location, the wait line wraps around the building at times. I came in last night and was told to pull up after giving my mobile order code. Then I was told by the manager that he isn't taking orders at the pick-up window. I repeatedly tried to explain I was just told to pull up after stopping at the ordering window to the 2nd window after giving my mobile order code. He ultimately made me pull back around to the ordering window. I repeated the process after asking if the order was ready at the ordering screen-manager confirmed yes. I pull up and was being told now that the order isnt able to be made and I'll have to call corporate to get my money because they can not issue refunds or remake food. The McDonald's app clearly states to contact the point of purchase for disputes. I ultimately got the wrong order and left after the line was now backed up around the building. I would take the extra 5 minutes and drive down the road to the Delaney road location. As of posting this review it appears this McDonald's location is attempting to review boost their page by posting false 5 star reviews. Buyer beware.
