i just had the BEST caesar salad ever. the lady who prepped it needs a promotion (i went in on 3/1/24 at about 12pm). i asked for chicken and extra dressing and it was 1000/10.

I ordered a pizza with Vegan Cheese, they put regular cheese, when I called them to remake my pizza they said No , the manager told me is my fault , very rude manager his name is Andy , please don’t go there .Very disappointed experience.Never ever come back to that place .

This was the best pizza place and now there is noticeable decline in the quality lately. The pizzas consistently come out burnt, with a taste reminiscent of burnt coal, and overall, they've become tasteless. I hope the management addresses this issue to bring back the delightful experience I used to enjoy or else never coming back.

Mod Pizza is no better than the cheap gas station pizza at any local gas station. When I watched the employee make my pizza the cheese he put on didn’t even cover the pizza leaving the pizza sauce exposed. The topping portions were a total joke. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time here.
Every time i visit this location i always leave satisfied. Great food, and amazing customer service. Once i had a mobile order which they were a little late on which is no big deal I understand and i was cool about it. When my order was ready they gave me a coupon for a free pizza when i was not expecting one but i appreciate it. Always happy to return to this location.

I'm visited Chicago for my son who's in the NAVY I wanted traditional deep dish but no luck this place delivered the pie was actually pretty good. But the customer service was not so good I don't know if they were new or what but I don't think I'll be visiting Chicago
