Every single time without fail they mess something up. First time I went there, they put my order on the pick up counter but never called my name. By time I got up there to ask them about it, my food was cold and my drink was watered down.2nd time, they put real milk in one of my drinks even though I was very clear and adamant about my spouse’s milk allergy which almost sent her to the hospital. But stupid me thought “it’s been a while and maybe there’s different staff.” So I decided to give it one more shot.The stuck up girl that made one of my drinks damn near whispered that on of my drinks was ready and there was a bag behind it. When I went to ask her if the bag behind it was my food order. She made me feel like I was some creep hitting on her (to which I promise I was not). Not to mention the 2nd drink just tasted like they poured milk in coffee.Lesson learn and message received. I will never set foot in that Starbucks ever again!Dietary restrictions: They added real milk in my wife’s coffee even though I was very clear about her dairy allergy.

Iced shaken espresso apparently comes with no ice because "it's made with hot water" Waited 25+ mins for a drink I ordered on the app. Gracie also asked me to let the manager know they need their breaks. Most unprofessional attitude I've encountered at a starbucks go through drive thru because regardless of mobile orders they so first come first serve physically.

Debby is great but everything else not so much. They can never ever hear you in the drive through and are constantly getting the order wrong because of it. I don’t know if the speaker is broken but it’s been like this for years!

Our first visit was last week. Ordered two drinks, egg bites and a sandwich. Made it home to see we had two sandwiches instead of egg bites. The orders took extra long to come out too.Tried again today, ordered a venti, extra shot, caramel brûlée latte and a venti, halfcaf, oatmilk, caramel macchiato.Did not get the extra shot. And my oatmilk caramel machiatto was made with cows milk. I’m lactose intolerant.Meanwhile workers are just standing there chatting.

The barista, Debby, helped me today and found what’s going to be my new go to fall drink! I don’t come often and really needed a recommendation. Debby listened to all my preferences and then suggested an almond honey flat white and had me taste it to make sure I liked it. It was the perfect cozy drink and Debby was just such a delight to my day. Thank you!!

Friendly attendance. But was not happy that it took 18 minutes in the drive-through line to pick up 1 drink. It would’ve been nice if the app mentioned in-store pick up was not available at the moment.

I've stopped going here because the drive through is always so packed and one of the times I used mobile order it let me select pick up inside. I got there and the building was closed with a sign on the door saying drive through only.

1st time I've ordered at any Starbucks. I was ill several weeks ago my daughter introduced me to Medicine Ball with extra honey and peppermint. The guy to took my order was pleasant he asked how was my day . I laughed at 1st . I told him I was sick with the flu he jumped and am I safeWe both it off and I told him I had the flu and I was out picking up mote meds. He definitely has great people skills. Awesome experience

I made an order on the app and I 100% understand wanting to close up and not wanting to deal with customers last minute i checked and it said the store closed at 10pm. I ordered at 8:58pm the workers made ignored me when I tried to ask and threatened to call the cops if i didn’t leave. I get that they have rules and regulations for after closing hours I worked in a Taco Bell but it was a simple question and this all would’ve been resolved with an answer and I could’ve gone on my merry way. It was very unprofessional of them and I think it should’ve been handled differently.
