The staff today made my daughter's day! She was very nervous about an evaluation at work, and without even knowing, the staff made her feel so much better. A much needed emotion. I can't thank you all enough for helping to make what could have been a rough day so much brighter. To the store manager, do your best to keep everyone you had working today. They are such an asset to this store!

When I went to this starbucks, I had ordered a medium drink with no ice and when I was served, they handed me a cup that was half filled and room temperature. When I had asked why they did this they said it was just how it was done.

Website said open until 10 pm when I arrived around 9 pm they were already closed and would not take my order. The person said yeah I know it says 10pm but we are closed. Very much a lack of customers
Warning: no WiFi at this location.The WiFi hasn’t worked here for months and they don’t care or have any plans to fix it. They just casually tell me “yeah it doesn’t work” when asked… I had this issue in September but I went back assumed they’d have fixed it after 4 months, nope.It’s too bad because this is the only location around open until 10:00, but I can’t get any work done here since they don’t have WiFi.Also never fun to buy a drink just to discover I can’t even study here.

During my recent visit to Starbucks, I was notably impressed by the quality of service provided. The staff were attentive and efficient, ensuring a pleasant experience. However, I observed that the seating arrangements could benefit from an update. Enhancing the comfort and aesthetics of the seating area would further improve the overall ambiance of the establishment.

To all the Starbucks I've been to even if busy they always find a split second to greet and throw a smile ? your way, or at least tell you "We'll be right with you". But this one it was weird, a server was just standing there looking at me as if another customer himself, maybe he was off but I had to stare at him in the face then he said "OH" and called a girl she came out and just ignored me not even a sorry you stood there so long or anything. She just turned around finish what she had to do and asked "What can I get for you"!? I ordered and they didn't even say anything after I waited there some more I figured I'd ask where my order was. She responded "OH! That should be IT"!!! Like really ?? not even to tell me it's done. Just set it there and kept on with life.
