This subway does not accept their own coupons according to the manager at the store. We paid $35 for 2 12inch subs of which we added a drink and chips. It should’ve been around $26….not going to this one anytime soon again.

I have been going here for years and believe the store is under new management. They don’t honor coupons & have had a sign up saying it’s a supply chain issue. I now will go to another location that does or a competitor. Not enough meat for the cost. I recommend they refreshen up the location with paint etc.

Got here at 9:00 and was closed, I waited until 9:15 and left! It feels like every subway that’s supposed to open at 9:00, they don’t get there until 9:30. Irresponsible.

Ordering food on app sucks as your sandwiches are made by the time you pick them up. Ordered footlong pro tuna and barely had enough tuna for 6 inch sub.

This Subway is better than these reviews suggest. It's run by a family so you'll almost always have either the mom or her son helping you and they're both super nice. Food prep is fine, no issues with ingredients or assembly. I stop here every few weeks during errands and it's always perfectly fine.

Subway has been trying to persuade the public recently that it has entirely reinvented itself. Truth be told, the food isn't all that different from what it used to be. Although their sandwiches aren't very noteworthy, I used to occasionally buy one because they were palatable, quick, and reasonably priced. However, Subway's prices have recently skyrocketed, and in my perspective, the quality of both their food and service at this Subway Waukegan store is lacking.

I went in trying to use my online app, which was a BOGO and I kept typing g in code at the end to get discount& when doing so it kept telling me that that location did not participate so I pled up their location on Greenday in Waukegan & showed the 2 ladies working & they said they didn't know why ot was not working, I spent about 15 minutes to keep trying to gettuedeal to work, I showed them & then asked to call a manager to see if he would accept it.. so they called& he asked what sandwiches I wanted& I told him the Philly cheese & he said no , so I said I didn't want anything & will NOT go back. Wow 11/4/22 ?
They rarely have my favorite soup, broccoli cheddar cheese soup. When I got the soup the ONE TIME they had it, it wasn't hot!! Hell, it wasn't even warm!! Definitely disappointed with the soup situation. Other than that, their subs are alright.

I purchased a 6” tuna sub and a steak and cheese wrap for $16.62. In the past, the wrap was full of meat and other ingredients; however, this time it was horribly made. The wrap hardly had any meat or the extra ingredients I asked for in it. After this poor experience, I have chosen to not patronize this restaurant again and will share my experience with others. The girl who made my sandwich seemed like she had no clue what she was doing or hour to make a sandwich. My order is simple too but she managed to screw it up somehow. At the end I asked for mayo and honey mustard and she put like barely any mayo, looked at me and asked what else I wanted. Like she couldn’t get more mayo out and just left it like that. There’s mayo in one part of my sandwich. And she asked if I wanted it cut, I said yea ofc. And she cuts it not in the middle but on one side of it. So now my sandwich is cut in like one 3 inch piece and one 9 inch. How are you gonna work at a subway and not know how to cut a sandwich in half
