Unprofessional and disorganized only after your money they don't care about quality of product. Made a request for customized cookies 3 weeks advanced. Clarified the type and shape of cookie via email they verified approval with cost. 2 weeks prior to pick up date I emailed them asking for a sample and clarifying colors (which was not done on their end so I made the effort of doing it myself) they replied stating the cookies were already made 2 weeks prior to my pick up date??!! They sent a photo of the "ready made cookies" with the incorrect color and style. I asked if they could re do it but they lied and said I didn't request the changes in email. I then read verbatim the email stating the requests for the cookie and the approval on their end but they made up some excuse stating I was "reading another email". Interesting how I have it in writing with date and time but I am the one making things up? They didn't even offer to re do the cookies or fix them. I said I want to cancel my order but they said they couldn't do it because it was a custom order. Which is ridiculous because I didn't even pick up the cookies and they decided on their own to make them 2 weeks in advance without my notification. Mediocre decorative skills, bad communication, poor interpersonal skills, they only care about your money. They don't even care if they are selling stale cookies. I'll be contacting better business bureau.

The cookies are also very reasonably priced and will work with you to create a design. They also package each cookie individually at no extra charge.
