Bought 3 boxes of wingsTaste horrible like burnt , they probably got bad . It was nasty it was more bones than meat I order boneless they got me the wrong order , I got a stomach ache for days so did my kids . Don’t Waste your money !!!

Placed pick up order, went to pick up at the correct time. Was told to wait 20-30 minutes. Workers were not busy, no other customers and not working. Food good, everything else sucks.

This have to be the worse, wing stop ever. I decided to visited my family for a couple of days and stop by the wing stop in Waukegan, soon I pull up to the parking lot . All you smell is a strong smell of pot , so unprofessional... Not to mention I had to wait for almost 30 min for a combo meal. Unbelievable, never again will I give this place of business my money. If you're reading this as a customer.dont waste your time or money with this WING STOP. NEVER AGAIN. I WOULDN'T WANTS THIS FOOD IF IT WAS FREE .

Table at the back was rocking like crazy, will probably break at some point and the table was greasy! Had not been cleaned. Floors were slippery!! Very dangerous someone’s going to fall. Food is good

Waited over 40 minutes just to receive wrong order, the front cashier Minca denied giving me the wrong order. Multiple unhappy customers while I was there and she was no help to anyone after she messed up all our orders. Sucks this location was good a couple Months ago not anymore !
