It was a pleasant experience upon arrival in the drive thru even if it was closing time the associate still allowed myself and my daughter to place an order ,the bun on the whopper was a little dried out but over all the food was good and well prepared as

Got our order wrong and didn't even care. The person who I assume was the manager on duty came to the window and was rude and not helpful at all. Do not recommend this location just drive to the one in warrenville.
Bad customer service. This young lady helping in the drive through misunderstood what I said and charged me a lot more. I got out of the car and went inside. Expecting the employees to be polite, I explained my situation to an older lady idk if she was the manager or not. But as soon as I told her, she got really mad at me and even made me get the food out of my car, just to throw it away. Like really???Wasted my time. But it's okay I forgive her. Just not going back

Wow! What a great experience at a fast food restaurant drive through… I could actually hear what the person talking my order was saying and when I picked ur the burger that I ordered it was actually hot?…. I’m going to stop here more often. Thanks for the great experience..

My Go Too Burger King Live In Warrenville Always Come Here Instead & They Said They Close Lobby 9 I Was There At 8..So I Was Respectful I Work In The Same Industry Whole Time A Worker I Have Not Seen Starts Being Loud Being Disrespectful Saying The Restroom Was Locked & We Better Not Make A Mess To Fellow CoWorkers Etc Etc Talking Bad Assuming I Can’t Hear Him. I’m Just Having Dinner With My Mother While Your Blabbing On Wont Come Back For A While Probably Never. Says They Close At 11.?
Asked to add jalapenos i was charged 50 cents and only got 3 tiny bit slices like really small, manager really watching on the cooks for condiments, not pleasent at all, manager was even watching me from far making feel uncomfortable, i wonder why burger king is declining.
