I stop here for ice cream but can't recommend the place. Only kids work here, and as customers, we are an inconvenience. Most of the ice cream is semi-melted, I only get the flavor that was recently sold so that it's not exposed to air for too long. The large waffle cone I had today was stale, but what was gross is that it had caramel (?) in and at the bottom of it hidden by the paper wrapper. When I brought this to the kids attention they told me in 4 different ways that they had nothing to do with the cones, didn't make them, didn't k own who made them, how they are made or when they were made.

Food was ok. Ordered a egg sandwich and my egg was cold and tasted like it was cooked 3 hours before purchasing and young staff is really rude. Get better staff who can be nice to people. I remember kids getting fired for being rude to customers. Yall wrong.

At the drive thru, asked for 2 ham/egg/chz wake up wraps, she repeated back to me "bacon/egg/chz?" I said no and had to correct her.At the window, handed me my donut, wrong one. Gave it back.Handed me my wraps, I take one bite and theyre cold in the middle. Turned back around and went into the store this time.They gave me 2 fresh wraps , actually warm this time, and offered a free donut, so that was nice of them.The fresh wraps they gave me were now too over cooked, and I wasn't given any napkins ??♀️

The people here are rude. Specifically the manager. This morning I pulled in to get a drink on my birthday and the manager literally told me “do u have your payment because we have lines of cars waiting” after I realized I grabbed the wrong card out of my wallet. She then ran my card for the wrong order & held her line up even longer trying to process a refund. Sucks because I visit this location often but I surely won’t be back.

I come here every morning for my Med Coffee Iced with Easy Skim.They make it perfectly each time. They are friendly, always smiling. I go out of my way to stop at this Dunking because they know how I like my drink and because they are always nice!!

The person taking my order was rude. When I pulled up to the window the man put his hand in his mouth for something . I’m not sure what but then touched my cup and started to make my drink . He wiped his hands on his shirt. I was grossed out I pulled off .

Horrible Dunkin Donuts, the employees work slow and get every coffee and bagel I order is wrong!! I ask for a bagel with strawberry cream cheese and they'll give me regular cream cheese and water down coffee! This location is lucky I gave them a 1 star because ultimately this location needs to relocate away from the West Chicago area!! Horrible Employees ever!!
Make sure the closing times are updated. Online it’s closed at 10pm, I walk in it’s 9:20 and they say it’s
