No soap in the washrooms is not acceptable not in this day and age of covid, actually never. They did have hand sanitizer at the cash register but there should be soap in the restrooms at all time.
Terrible place to go. Main lady that is always there in the morning is so rude and screams at you when you try to correct her. I go there everyday and had a free drink and she still kept trying to charge me for it and said it would be free after I paid. And then she shoved my food at me as well. She is a very mean lady.

The Indian lady inside was horrible!! She had me waiting 15 minutes just to take my order. She kept messing up my order. I don't know why they keep hiring people that are not capable of doing the most basic things. She was completely brain dead?. But that's not it. I had to wait another 30 minutes just to get my bagels, and when I FINALLY got my order the bacon was raw and they forgot to give me my hashbrowns. I didn't go back because I knew that the Indian lady is to brain dead to comprehend what I was saying.
