I was there yesterday 1/23/24 I took my kids for Ice cream they were trying to choose their ice cream flavor and maria the lady with glases was rushing us And started to take the next clien. Worst actitude i ever had in that place. At the register while paying same thing she rolled her eyes on me while i was trying to give the exact change i never felt so unsatisfied with my purchase as i did yesterday. I will recomend if you can give your client their own time to choose what they want without rushing them Speacilly if they are taking out their little ones ?

we went in today and experienced horrible customer service by the server Vanessa once again. while taking our order she rolled her eyes and gave us half empty cups of strawberries for the yogurts we had ordered. I asked the owners granddaughter why she filled the yogurts she made with more fruit than the other server and was first told that everyone makes them different so i guess they’re inconsistent and she then mentioned that the fresas con crema have more strawberries than the yogurts?? that doesn’t make sense because she was making a yogurt like the one we had ordered. whatever, she added a bit more strawberries so we went on to pay. Vanessa charged us for fresas con crema when we had ordered yogurts. I was thinking about just leaving because of their attitude but decided to just ask for them to fix it and leave it at that. we’ve been coming here for years and i know one less customer might not affect their business but their rude attitude will.

They have the best Elote and ice cream for very reasonable price. So far I love pistachio and mango cream cheese ice cream from them. People working there are so nice and friendly. Highly recommend ??

the elote there sucks they only put Mayo and cheese at the top of the cup so when you get to the middle of the cup nothing but yellow corn smh wish they would put the mayo and cheese at the bottom and middle cus it's just a waist in money .
