This KFC needs some new professional managers, and team workers.Their customer service skills wouldn’t even please a dog. They do not honor any promotions or deals that KFC coupon text or any paper paper coupons. Half of the staff barely speaks English. They are so un knowledgeable of KFC promotions and specials. The managers and supervisors are more like little high school kids that come to hang out. The driveway line is always a wait even if you’re the first car with no customers inside of the store. Taco bail food is terrible terrible tastes like they make up their own ingredients and food is always cold.

The place says that closes at 11pm. I ordered through Uber Eats at 10:08pm and the order went through. When I arrive to the place, the place was closed. Please update your hrs and fix this as it is very misleading and it wastes people’s time. Thankfully Uber gave me a refund.

This place might be the worst. The food was terrible. I’d get jewel chicken instead. The pieces were so small. Wrong order on taco, took 5 minutes to get another one. So slow! At least the biscuit was good. Place felt cold and barren. I won’t go back…at least to eat inside.

Terrible service, they need to replace all the employees. I placed an order through Uber, I gave them 10 minutes to prepare, I arrived and there was a line. I was patient, everyone left and I still had to wait more than 15 minutes. The person who assisted us did not use gloves when handling the food and kept talking. everyone did everything very slowly.

Literally have never written a review but this place sucks lol. I'm a super patient person and work in the food industry so I try to be understanding but waiting a half hour for a small meal is ridiculous. The staff was just standing around doing nothing, and I had to ask for my order three times before someone finally started making it. Don't recommend, save your time and money.
