Disappointed, came in Friday 2/9/24 to start off.. customer service was terrible. I understand it was 40 mins before closing but as customers we’re coming in to get delicious desserts. Well in this case a girl with blonde strips haired rushed my order, barely put any yogurt in my yogurt de fruta. On top the fruit was very old. Knowing this is one of the most known Michoacanas. Never coming back or recommending any friends/family. If the owner truly cares about their customers I’ll be expecting a reply back. Overpriced af as well. Save y’all money & go somewhere else! SMH

I feel horrible for writing this but I am writing it in hopes that its taken as constructive criticism. Two friends and I went today during lunch hour we ordered 2 tortas, a sopa preparada and three tacos. There was only one person in the store. He didnt write our order down and he also left to buy bread for the tortas and left us there alone and after he came back another employee came in, walked in with a head of lettuce. Our order took too long to come out and it wasn't correct. Giving it three stars for cleanliness.

Probably one of the WORST Michoacana's I've been to. One guy working and he was more interested on being on the phone than the customers. I got the DoriLocos and he was forgetting the cacahuates. The lettuce was not sliced properly. The Horchata was watered down to where it has no flavor. This place was the spot years ago but business has gone down in a bad way.

Every Michoacán I have ever been to, has never failed me. And I can add this location to the list. Always great service and the food/treats are to die for!! If you're looking for Hispanic treats, las michoacanas should be your go to place! They have a treat for almost every craving you could have. They always have a large space for seating and their menu is huge! I had a wonderful time in this location and all employees were friendly. 10/10 love me some chicharrón preparado!
