customer service is the worst I have ever seen in the industry. you place an order and the delivery driver specifically tells the store the order is wrong and tells the driver to leave with incorrect order. now you spend an hour trying to get this resolved and the best this useless customer service agent says is we will refund you in 7 to 10 business days. what the actual #$%^. so you knowingly deliver the incorrect order, take a person's money instantly and expect the customer to wait 2 weeks to be refunded. this is by far the worst service known to man. get your act together you useless bunch of idiots.

Is this place ever open? I've come by this location 3 times during work hours and nobody is ever here...Shut it down if nobody wants to work cause it is a bad location anyways.

I confirmed earlier at 1:00 pm 7-22-2021 store was open. They said only taking online orders (phone ran for 15 minutes before they would pick up). I said fine would put in order later. Went online around 4:30 pm and onlines were down. Tried to call no answer. West Chicago, Illinois store. I then went online to next closest store in Hanover Park, Illinois, it would only allow orders for 7-23-2021. This is not customer service, by the way when you call it says you can talk to someone to place an order but when you talk to them, they say online orders only. I know hiring is tough but i bought pizzas all thru the pandemic and had no problems, now you have a problem. Terrible just terrible

I placed an order online 7/8 for pick up on 7/9. I get there at my pick up time and the store is closed- door locked and all lights off inside. Called the number and no answer. Luckily Pizza Now was able to get us 5 pizzas in 10 minutes.

Normally I don’t really complain but I just passed by for a large pizza and some wings the only problem is that not only was I missing wings but the pizza wasn’t cut either. Instead of receiving 8 wings(3 orders)I only received 4 wing per box I tried calling in to let them know but no one answered. I was on wait for 12 MINUTES and no one answered. Won’t be coming back here again!

Went in for a stuffed crust hot and ready pizza and she said there weren't any hot and ready pizzas available and it would be a 15 minute wait. I don't know the point of advertising a hot and ready pizza if you don't have a hot and ready pizza.

They never answer their phone! The recording tells you to order online and when you try to place an order online their website doesn't work. I was on hold for 15 minutes with no answer! Sent my daughter and they told her she had to order online! When they finally took her order the pizza was burned!!

Second time order is incorrect.!! Paid for stuff crust was given normal crust. toppings were missing on my pizza. Very unhappy because on top of that i got an email saying my pizzas were ready in pizza portal. I get there and my name is not even on the list. And 3 other customers same thing happened in the time i was inside waiting for my order. The girl told me my pizzas were just put in the oven. Had to wait for half an hour and just to not get what i paid for. Owner needs to hire more people just two girls working on a saturday not ok. Poor girls cant keep up.

I’m pretty sure the “girl” in front that continues to be mentioned was the one I have encountered many times before, including today Friday, May 7 around 3:40pm. Her and another chick - DAUM bad vibes. They are short/dry spoken and not nice. They wouldn’t even help a kind man figure out his order confusion ?. He was just standing in the corner scratching his head - I got u sir! We figured it out together!As far as pizza - no complain
