Employees close earlier than business hours. Drive Thru will say computers are down. Then, it's only cash. Long wait inside or outside. Go to Wheaton or Warrenville locations. This place is horrible.

About a month ago I visited this McDonalds and the manager was extremely rude. I kept asking for more coffee but continued to get ignored. It took me finally 45 min. Before I was attended. It was not even busy at the time but I was still forced to wait a ridiculous amount of time. I have been going here for quite sometime and this is the first time I have been so rudely ignored. Me and another customer at the time were extremely upset and found it so ridiculous that she could so blantly ignore us. We both agreed to never go here again it. Thank you for the terrible expierence.

The register attendant was very personable and listened attentively to my order request. The food was freshly prepared and just as I'd ordered. The establishment's environment was well kept and, though not busy, very inviting. I highly recommend this location ?Parking: They've approximately 20-25 parking spots and the lot is always clean.Kid-friendliness: Though the location is without a playground, I did notice seating for toddlers.Wheelchair accessibility: The location is wheelchair accessible.

Every time I go to this specific McDonald's, It's a challenge and a game. Am I going to receive what I purchased and do I bother to review the receipt before I leave. last night was my last time shopping there. I think over the months, I've missed probably $30 worth of food that they omit from the orders. If this happened to me at my job I wouldn't be working there. Something McDonald's could learn from Culver's, check receipts to make sure what you have in bag is correct
