I thought the pizza was good but the customer service washed that away immediately. Everything is rush rush rush get your food and get out of here. I rather drive a bit farther to get good pizza and great service.

Ordered catering for Christmas Eve. Food was on time and really good. Only problem was they never gave us the 20 garlic bread sticks with the package when delivered.I was okay with the error because things happen.... but called to let them know (so they can prevent it happening in the future). I even waited to call til the next working day because i did not want to bother them on Christmas Eve when I knew they were closing early. I didn't even want anything for the mistake. Just to communicate.When talking to the girl, she said the manager would call us back. The thing I can't accept is NO followup at all. No apology for the mistake....nothing. At least call back if you say you will. They made a small mistake into a BIG mistake by not even attempting to followup.
Went to grab a slice of cheese at 3pm on a Saturday while on shift, they only had 2 slices of pepperoni. So I ask how long for a cheese pizza slice? They said they aren't making any more pizzas for slices. It's 3pm on a Saturday (close at 10pm) and you just tell customers no, sorry.... they said you can order a pizza, I told them I just want a slice I'm on my lunch... Lost my business forever Carol Stream Papa Savs.P.S. it doesn't cost that much in materials to make a pie that may or may not get tossed at the end of the night, speaking from experience. Next time make the slices!

Do you want a delicious pie? How about a burger and fries? This pizza shop has stood the test of time in this neighborhood, and for good reason. I haven't tried a menu item that didn't taste good! No dine in options, however you can venture next door with your meal, and enjoy a beverage too boot.
