I ordered 2 pizza chicken wings for the delivery. 2 hrs later, I still have not received the order. i called them, and they explained to me how they work for delivery. So i ended it upI'm going to pick up my order. When i was there, i waited another 20 min, and when finally they attended me, my order still not done. They told me i have to wait more time for my order

Such a disappointment what pizza hut has become. This place had good service and food was what we expected but the place/atmosphere is a shell of what it once was. Depressed how few customers corporate actually expects to dine in.

Ordered a pizza for delivery through the Pizza Hut app. Waited an hour called and they said no dasher came to pick it up. Why have an ordering system on your app if you’re going to use door dashers and they may not show up?

The hut and this hut in particular has taken a beating the last 15 years but I'm here to tell you even though PH has lost ground recently to Dominoes and Kmart lil cezars if they had the chef they had tonight train every PH in america we would be in business. From the Mississippi River to both seas and then back to the cheese Pizza hut will be free. Incredible food. "This tastes like old school pizza hut" - my fiance

The girl assistant manager is not hearing a situation, we paid for pan pizza and extra cheese for 2 pizza’s… they promised me to remake the order.assistant manager doesn’t have any knowledge regarding customer service and no idea about how to talk ! She needs more training talking with customers!!!??

I really don't understand why this Pizza Hut gets so much hate. For a place that doesn't have a big staff, the service is always consistently good. I have never had an issue with any of our orders. We always order carry out, so I can't speak for the dine in area, but every time I go in, it looks clean. The staff is always friendly and the service is quick. Not to mention, the pizza, pasta, breadsticks, and mini Cinnabon rolls are delicious.

Even though the store is open but they don’t accept orders is kind of ridiculous. The owner should close down and be at home as he seems not to follow the ethical code of business .
