Came by for a sandwich. The staff said they closed at 6pm. It was 5:45.There was an injured woman in the lobby. They did not help her much after she crawled in the front door after falling - they did not even pick up her purse or food.I Have no kind words for the people that work here.

Lady did not know how to make sub properly. The veggies and bacon was not spread it throughout the sub it was bunched up and she barely speaks English. Then also tried to argue with me about what I got was not the same as what she was making, which had nothing to do with it. never let them ring up your food first make sure it’s made correctly before paying for it.

so I ordered subs on there app for me to pick up. I was called by the employee saying they have no bread and he can't give us the food. he gave the manager my number i was told I've heard nothing. I was told I would get a refund when the manager comes in the next day. I'm sure everyone placing orders right now are having the same issues of them not having bread. for now on I will call subway prior to ordering to make sure bread is on hand. also I am completely unable to contact subway support. the employee said call the number on the app which there is none. also the website has an email support system which needs numbers off of the subway receipt for me to even fill out. since I ordered on the app I have none of the information to fill it out. love them and love that for me

Placed an order, said it would be delivered at 11:17am, was not ready and did not get delivered until 40min later, that's ridiculous. I don't get all day at work for lunch time.

I ordered for a pickup.Barely any meatLittle to no lettuce1 tomato ..95% BreadNo napkins.Called them 3 times. No answer.This place will never be on my list to go ever again. If I could rate a zero, I would. Don't waste your time or money here.Terrible Terrible Service and argued with me regarding my order. I normally go to Subway about 1 time a week and order 2 sandwiches. I think that I have eaten at Subway for the last time.

This Subway is like a game. We try not to get emotional damage ever time. Unfortunately, we always get damage.I love this subway because they treat me like a garbage. sandwiches are great tho.

Went in to order a sub. I paid and asked for napkins. The girl looked at me and said "What" I said can i have some napkins please and she looked at me funny and told me to calm down and relax in a very bad attitude. Will never go there again.

Wish I could give 0 stars, the younger lady working there Is fine, but the older lady working there..... she is so rude and condescending.she has no customers service, she talks to customers like they bother her, she needs training!!

This subway is inside BP gas station the food is ok the staff is not that nice. But what really bother me is the bathroom is really nasty all the time. I don't understand how Dunkin and subway don't care about the maintenance of bathroom specially with COVID 19
