Very bad service, we order and they give us what the manager wants, we order 3 or more potatoes and we always have to wait longer because we need one more order, very bad service..... the appearance of the cashier is very Dirty and pants half-butt, that is very unpleasant. I'm sorry ?

Courtney that works is always very helpful. Last time when I came in and I ordered she was nice enough to give me the extra ranches for free since something got messed up with my order. But she is very understanding and nice and always trying to satisfy. Would for sure always come here.

Boneless wings are not good. 15 wing meal with fries. Half hickory smoked, half Louisiana rub. Shared with my son. I couldnt eat more than a few, the hickory smoked were soaked in sauce, very messy, tasted like chemicals.The fries were just okay.Wasn't busy inside, cashier standing around, tables and floor nasty... Just like the food. McDonald's is better. Never again.

Food is delicious ? 5 star for the workers who are cooking but that cashier lady in the front bad customer service had to my tell her what I wanted repeatedly just because she was in her cell phone playing live uno game. She did not even care that her nose was literally dropping in front of me. Waiting for my order and she is doing the same to everyone.

Check your Order before leaving! Do not trust the employees! Missi g items has happened twice before and after when they assured me everything was there?! Management needs to train thier employees on how to confirm orders! I know it's hard to find good help but come on?!

My last time coming to this location. i placed a 34 dollar order. i knew they had garlic parmesan fries. i asked that lady with the tattoos if I could pay the difference for garlic parmesan fries. she told me no that it was to late. Some people need to be trained how to handle some situations, and try to work with the customer better. Then i watched her bag up the food with her bare u unsanitized hand on top of my orders of fries. Nasty!
