Got a beef and a shake. The sandwich WITH barbecue was not good. The BBG sauce has no flavor. The beef is not even real . It’s like Arby’s or Hardee’s. The shake was ok though. I would not go again. Looking at their garbage area and corral explains a lot. No one cleans and it took 20 minutes to order and get my food. For $15 nope I’ll go to Buona

Food was horrible. $17 for a baked potato and a salad. Potato with bacon on it was disgusting and very small and chopped salad wasn't good. The pasta and chicken was not good in there . This was my 2nd time going and won't be back. Tried the beef last time and equally as bad. If the price was half it would be worth it but not at this price!Wiman who took my order was super nice, but I think she cooked the food too so I waiting a long time at the window with no acknowledgement. There was 1 car in the lot, and now I see why.

Waited in the drive through for 10 minutes with no one in line then decided to go inside. Again no one in line inside and waited for 10 minutes before they took my order. When I received my to go order the roast beef and fries were very cold. The pork tenderloin had little to no ketchup and 1 pickle no other condiments. I was the only person in the place I imagine this is why.

Location of very clean. It was slow at the time we were there though. Order taker was nice and helpful. Even brought the food to our table when it was ready. Food came out prompt and well-cooked.

I GOT A FULLY RAW BURGER. I am never coming here again! Three weeks ago I came here for dinner and the staff were friendly and the man who took my order was curt and adorable in his disposition, but I came here recently and the man working the register has ROTTED TEETH and was creepy and left me with a unnerving feeling. I almost didn’t take my food when he handed it to me with a grimey smile. And I wish I hadn’t. The burger was seriously undercooked, and I had extreme food poisoning after taking just one bite of the burger and some cheese curds. I will be contacting the health department and corporate about this.
Just two weeks ago this used to be my favorite place to go for food. A chipper teenage boy would always greet me and make my meal wonderfully, until a week ago I have never had a wrong item put in my order, but I went here and instead of a teenager greeting me it was a greasy creep who smelled of smoke who tried to get my number and said he would give me his "big beef", I am done with this location. The new drivethrough employee is a creep and I got a normal burger when I asked for a vegan patty.

This used to be my go to place if I’m craving for sweet potatoes and blackened Mahi Grill sandwich. Not anymore after today’s order. Unfortunately a big disappointment on the sweet potato fries. They just served me 1/4 of the bag and charged me full price. They used to be generous. Never again I’ll go back. They lost me as a customer. ?

Went here for dinner on 12/30/23 at 6:50pm. Paper signs on the door saying Drive thru only. Place was dark, I waited a couple minutes in the drive thru and nobody answered. I called the location and phone rang off the hook. Google listing says open till 9pm. I understand if it's New Year's Weekend but at least put a sign up or change your hours that you are closed for the holidays.

Should have checked the reviews first, but we drove 45 minutes out of our way while visiting family to check out this Beef-A-Roo (we usually hit the ones in Rockford but they were the opposite direction of where we were going) just to find it completely closed! We went on a Saturday at 4:30 pm and according to their hours on Google they should have been open. I understand staffing issues but it doesn't take much to update your hours on Google. Very disappointing.
