McDonald's use to be a good place. Over priced, poor service. Fries are never hot. Orders almost always messed up. Pull you forward for drink but give you your food so your food is getting cold while waiting on a drink which has taken up to 3 to 5 minutes. Eleanor is the most friendliest and most concerned about your order being Correct. I know her name because she's been there for a long time. They need to give you your receipt without asking if you want it because if they mess up your order they blame you. Then you have no proof because you don't have your receipt. Sad that It has went Downhill.

I do not care for the ordering system. It's much less personal and so many things got messed up. They were nice about it but the place was not very clean. I think they just finished lunch rush though so maybe they didn't have time yet. Overall, your average fast food restaurant.
Hot chocolate both times night manager was there fixed my hot chocolate paid for extra whipcream an extra chocolate!!! An still tasted like Water !!!! Horrible ! Other McDs taste way better !!!! WHY ???? SHE'S UNPROFESSIONAL TOO !!!

I would like to thank the drive thru for serving me as a walk up as they was closing. I'm a truck driver after driving for 6 hours I was hungry and being turned away from Taco Bell, they told me they had nuggets left and that is what I had for dinner. Thank you so much for feeding me and not turning me away.

Went there with grandson to get a quick bite. I only got a double cheeseburger. Well 6 hrs later I woke up severely sick with food poisoning. 72 hours homebound, 12 lbs lost and still havent recovered. I'm out lost of work, doctor Bill's, medical expense all over there nasty food. And the kid at counter had no clue how to take a order. Never will I look at a McDonald's. Everything is disgusting at the west frankfort one.
