So we were going out for our friends anniversary and we decided that we were going to go to Walkers Bluff and have dinner. We arrived at Walkers Bluff at 6:15pm. We waited almost three hours and still never got our food! We called papa John’s, ordered three pizzas, went back home and ate great pizza. Our pizza was timely and hot. Anyway, happy 33rd anniversary to our friends.

You can't be serious... Wait till you read this.They left my order on my neighbors doorstep, after an hour of waiting for the order to be made... Free pizza for them I guess. Delivery dude said "You had a note saying you can't answer the door", even though I had my door wide open, waiting... After that, all of a sudden I was right and it was delivered next door. Remake I guess... This is only my second time ordering, the first time I ordered, it came almost an hour and a half after I ordered it.When the delivery guy brought my order back from remaking it, he dropped the top box... He offered me a free pizza, but after my first/last 2 orders, I don't think I'll ever order from here again. If anything a free pizza is offensive, when my tip to you was a pizza itself, and you couldn't get it right the first time. When I finally decided to make sure my order was correct, they put only 2 marinara for each, even though I ordered 6 containers of cheese sauce, them cheese sauces ain't cheap. Feels like I got scammed, but from a big chain, holy hell...

West Frankfort Papa John's went above and beyond for our sons FAREWELL party today! He leaves for the Navy on Wednesday, and all he wanted was Papa John's! The food was hot and delicious!! Andi, thank you so much! Tiffany you were a joy to work with! Would recommend 1000 times!

Ordered online 3 pizzas, wings & 2 Desserts..Our XL Shaq pizza was wrong, I had ordered light sauce they had put extra sauce. Ordered Pepp & Jalapoeno's, there were no Jalapoeno's on my pizza. The tag on the box even stated light sauce & Jalapoeno's..Pretty disappointed that the simplest of instructions can not be followed..

Gave them one star because they were actually breathing. We were door dashing and it was the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant bar none. The manager and the guy working behind the counter were unprofessional ,rude and had no business working in the public. Absolutely mind-blowing that they would leave someone of that caliber in charge of their store. Will never be going back there and won't recommend anyone else that I know to either. If the West Frankfort Papa johns is the only option then I will choose hunger!

I work for doordash and was sent a order that a previous Dasher stole went to pick it up lady refused to remake it slammed the window in my face and said I was scamming them and said I made the order when it was sent to my Dasher app I will be contacting corporate office and her manage in the morning it was general manager of the store I would not go there ever again

We had a major issue with the Papa John's app, namely the papa dough portion. Got in touch with customer service and literally within minutes we received a call from the owner/manager wanting to make everything right. Andi went out of her way to fix the issue and should be commended. Thanks again and we will definitely be back!
Twice I have ordered a pizza form Papa John's West Frankfort and told the order taker my address which has five numbers. Each time the order taker repeated the first three numbers I thought I had finally got it through the person's head that the address had five number; however, each time I received a telephone call from the delivery person wanting to know my address. By the time the delivery person got to my house, the pizza was half cold. Never again. I hope this new pizza place going in on Main Street has good pizza.

Messed up order followed by terrible customer service. I've never had an issue before and had a manager refuse to get on the phone. Left me to deal with somebody that was clearly unqualified to be dealing with customers.Will never order from here again. I don't care about refunds; I care about whether or not the mess up is going to happen again.

Workers over there were rude disrespectful and I had to wait outside in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes to get my pizza while they were standing outside talking on their cell phones and doing whatever they want outside and they have the doors locked and everything and totally ignored me out there I would like to speak to someone that runs that store because I was very rude and disrespectful

My friends used to order pizza all the time from here. That was until one week I was driving past at like noonish, to get his order he placed and I saw the general manager it looked like with a driver, instead of making pizzas and helping customers, they were drinking in the back outside. And when I came to get the order I could smell the alcohol, and my food wasn't even made. This is not a good look at all by any means, I will never order from here ever again, poor service and I can tell their focus is elsewhere.
