Horrible place. Everything around here closed. The store is open until 2pm but the lobby closes at 10. They refuse to serve a truck driver despite no other options around. When asked to be able to speak to general manager they refuse to give out any contact information. Boycott this place and this store. This country depends on truck drivers yet this is the service we get when we are tired and hungry after a day's worth of work.

We ordered food at this Taco Bell from their mobile app like we do quite often. We arrived to pick the order up 30 minutes later and it wasn't ready. I was asked to pull to the front and my order would be brought out. After waiting an additional 10 minutes, I entered the restaurant to get the order. I was handed a very large bag by a very friendly lady who apologized for the wait. I should have gotten her name but failed to do so. We took the food to our sons baseball game and started getting in the bag and realized some of our items were missing. We got to the bottom of the bag and found a white plastic cooking glove crumpled up along side some of the sauces. I called the store and spoke with a manager who seemed astonished that I had found this. She apologized and told me to come in and she would absolutely refund the entire order. I sent my son in to get the refund and the same manager told him that she's sorry but now she can't do a refund because it was a mobile order. This is incredibly poor customer service in my opinion. We are now out 2 trips to the restaurant with no resolution. Gas isn't cheap, food isn't cheap and the fact that I found a cooking glove in our bag is horrific.

Both times in the last 3 months that I have visited the West Frankfort Taco Bell I have not received my order. 9/23-12/23Edit February 2024 Food was good and packaged well . The drinks all had straws that's a plus . The staff was polite even when communicating about missing items.Order was missing Doritos Tacos and cinnamon twist and ice coffee..I waited while they prepare the tacos twist and ice coffee j. However I assumed they would get it right just to get home and see that 1 order of Cinnamon Twist was still missing and not in the bag. It's almost everytime that I go out to eat at any restaurant there are people at the counter explaining that the order is missing items.This was a better experience if there's such. a thing when it comes to having items forgotten that were ordered.Atleast the staff wasn't yelling or having tantrums like I have seen. Anyway I Just wanted to give the 411 on the West Frankfort Illinois Taco Bell . I go to Taco Bell all the time because it's across the street from my job. I know almost all the people, they're so nice to me. They typically know what I want every time. The store manager is a doll. The food is always quality. And I've had bad taco bell from different locations before.

I get off work late at night nothing else open besides hardees and sometimes pick some food on the home. The last few months have been given cold hard food. When I asked for it to be made fresh the last 3 times I went thru I was still given cold hard food. Will not go back anymore.

Always happy to see nacho fries back on the menu. Unfortunately, the last couple of orders I've gotten from here have been cold, tough or hard as a rock. Hopefully things improve.

Workers need to be more attentive to door dahsers coming into the store or at least having the orders ready before the dashers get there. Due to the lack of inconsideration from the employees and not have the order ready for the customer before getting there I received bad reviews by the customer and didn't get their before my deliver time. This is very unexcaptable of your employees and definitely not a exception for customer service by the employees the worst ever. Hope I never have to go back to the place for Doordash to get orders from here ever!!!!!!!!!!
