This location has the worst service. The male manager on shift in am that takes drive thru orders is beyond clueless and rude. I thought it was a one time bad day but unfortunately, I was wrong. There's always attitude for no reason lol. I started having to place online pickup orders so I don't have to be told that what I want to order is impossible even if its advertised on the menu online. When I go to pickup, the clueless staff at drive thru don't ask and try to charge you again even if you paid online and show them your at the window. They need a secret shop test for the am shift, the worst. I will no longer be going to this location even though it's the most convenient.

So disappointing that they charge clients for cruelty-free plant milks. Milk from cows should have the upcharge instead. Please revise your policy.

Bad ownership was really excited to work here good and friendly amazing people I worked with shout to Candace and Jessica ...they short you in money not even the owner knows how to run this place few things though that I did learn was managing how a business should be ran..I love customer service and one thing i would want is for a customer to return and love the atmosphere but this place ain't it !!!

I will not be giving this Dunkin another chance. Three times IN A ROW I've gotten an incorrect order. This last time I went inside figuring this would certainly ensure I rec'd the correct items requested - but nope! Once again - handed a box and bag of the wrong donuts! How hard is "GLAZED"????? Three times I've asked for glazed and each time I got some other mixed combination of donuts or donut holes. Unbelievable! Apparently one must be deaf and/or intellectually impaired to be considered for employment here.

Apparently one has to specify to put tomatoes on the hummus toast, even though the picture of the product on the menu clearly shows tomatoes on the toast and in the description (and no extra charge either). Otherwise typical Dunkin' fare.

I stopped at this DD because they didn't have a line in the drive-thru. I purchased multiple items. My order was a little over $18. My ice coffee was very bland. I added for sugar, but there wasn't any in my drink. I had to park my vehicle and go into the store to have my drink fixed. Once I was in route to take my children to school, we discovered the croissants were burned on our breakfast sandwiches. This is not okay, do I not plan to visit this location again.

I did the drive-thru, not only that I wait like 20 mins but I also didn't receive any espresso or anything in my latte besides foam!! I got hosed... Honest mistake I'm sure but this is my rating.
