Been here twice but I’ve ordered the deep dish pizza everytime and it never disappoints. However, coming in the atmosphere is lacking something. Gives you the impressions of an old establishment lacking of a bit of TLC. The service was mediocre.

Delivery always takes and hour and half or more. I waited for nearly 2 hours and here is what was delivered.. this is exactly as it came. I tried to call and speak with the establishment, (4 times) and they wo3not answer the phone. Interesting.

I bought a personal pan pizza, was disappointed with the texture, taste and the sauce was not tasty. Lots of cheese but I think that's what people like.
This place literally picked us up and took us out of the place because my daughter was eating chicken nuggets, we were 6 adults coming to eat pizza, the man was rude; He gave us NO alternative, the worst experience we have ever had to live in New Year!

Giordano's is our goto for stuffed pizza and this location is out preferred location. It's centrally located on a main intersection ine Westchester. We always call ahead and carry out. Service is always attentive and courteous. We always get the stuffed special and we substitue spinach for green pepper. If you want it cut, you should mention it when ordering. At firsts, I was upset when they didn't cut it but I'm starting to understand why they don't cut the pizza unless requested....... I prefer to cut it myself, this helps maintain the integrity of the pizza.

I placed an order the Wednesday before Christmas Eve and paid in full. They canceled my order on Christmas Eve and when I asked why the reason was we notified you early. The location was opened and functioning. The manager was horrible and could not tell me why. I had to place another order. Thank goodness I checked my emails because they did not call. He thought that was acceptable customer service. I have supported this location numerous times and the organization I work with has also. Needless to say after his nonchalant behavior, I will drive to Oakbrook location going forward or just go across the street to Rocky’s. My husband prefers that any way.
