The food was recooked. Terrible representation of what KFC is. I’ve never ever been served product from any KFC that was this bad. It was inedible. No flavor, meat was dry like it had been laying around for a couple of days. Then they decided to reheat it.The health department should be shutting the restaurant down if corporate doesn’t.

Your popcorn chicken tastes like a rock buried in the ground for 50 years. It was the only thing good on the menu. My mom chipped her tooth after eating, your rocks. When you try to order Sides, they never give you them to you, Your food's cold and old. everybody in your store is crabby or rude and rushing you I recommend you don't get. Food, that's too old too cold or that can chip your tooth.

I don't want to say much but the place inside very dark there is hardly any light, after that they have the showcase with the plastic is not bad but you can hardly listen to the employee and the saddest thing about the whole menu It's nothing like what they sell with the price of what one buys one can go to a restaurant instead of a fast food.

I was so suprised! This KFC has really done alot of work! Clean inside extremely well done, the food was fresh, hot, well cooked, prices are average . The service was friendly and done in a timely manner. I haven't been there in a few years I was so suprised at how much it has changed. Definitely will go back and I recommend the service food and ambience there . Well done to that place.

Fill ‘er up Box was really tasty. The tenders were mixed in with the fries so at first we thought it was a ripoff. The tenders were well seasoned and tender inside, with a nice crispy exterior. Great sauces. I asked for honey sauce for the biscuits and it was not given. To me, the biscuits are a bit dry without honey, but I’m not a big bread eater. The fries were on point and I have very high standards for french fries. Good value.

Went there to pick up my DoorDash pick up and employee didn’t even make the order they told me it will take them 20min to cook the chicken ?like I am not dumb they were about to close at 7 and we went there at 6:30 so no shii they will say it will take them 20min really bad service!!! And fun fact I broke my streaks for delivery cause of them

On July 12 2022 at 12 noon. I came to KFC on 31st St. There was Swarms of Pigeons the parking lot. Hard to get in and out of the driveway. Staff in KFC was not friendly I ordered two famous Bowls. The chicken was cold and mashed potatoes was like warm. I brought it back up to the counter the female manager said I bought it I couldn't get it replaced at all. She told me that corporate office wouldn't do anything to make it right. Then I noticed a Sign Still up after the Coronavirus has been lifted saying NO REFILLS on drinks. Then I decided before we left I needed to use the restroom walked over to the restroom door it was locked and was told I needed a key to go into a Public Restroom which is Strange. I will not be back

The lady and Justin were so kind! And I loved both of their energy! Can they come to the kfc by western! We need more people like them, not just in the KFC, but in the restaurants because they bring people’s energy up and make everyone’s day!

The guy taking our order was extremely rude. If he doesn't like his job or dealing with people, go somewhere else. It smells really bad of mildew in the lobby like some old wet creepy basement. Disgusting to serve food in an environment like that. Food was just cold.

They used to be good now it’s either dry as heck or the outside is dark and tastes burnt. No sense of complaining anymore as you never know what you are going to get from this place. Will not be going back to this location. For the money they charge you would think they would make it a point to make sure your were getting good food!!! The people saying the food is good are lucky as that is not the norm.
