Inconsistent with packing the serving and splashing with syrup- is either too misc or too little flavor. Some flavors are expired. Lately water/ ice shavings has/have an aftertaste that indicates dirty filters are used!!!Please sanitize equipment!!

An old family favorite took a turn for the worse. So disappointing. The kids and I waited almost 30 minutes for the snow machine to start working again interrupting nap time! The lack of flavors they had not containing any harsh dyes is bizarre (come on people what are you feeding your children?!). I also heard the workers receive under minimum wage with no tips. Absolutely baffles my mind. Good heavens, these poor workers are only children. Management really needs to do better or else business will suffer.

Drove from des Plaines to western springs to try this place because I was craving a snowcone/raspado was very happy to see walk up window so I was able to bring my dog and the piña colada flavor was delicious! Will definitely go back!
