I love the TASTE of the food but for certain items... such as the fried rice+protein (pork, chicken, shrimp, and "China Chef" varieties) the top layer of the carton after opening contains almost ALL of the protein (I assume positioned there to illicit a good first impression) while the remaining 75% contains almost all rice with basically no meat at all. This isn't a one-time impression but rather a pattern I've seen over the last 30 years. It's not a bait and switch technically... But feels a bit like one.“
