The workers are always so friendly and accommodating and often stay open a couple minutes late to serve me and my friends during our dance practice break. We love the ice cream and we are so thankful for their amazing service!

Our Favorite location, owner is genuinely friendly, welcomes you as soon as you walk in the door. Fast friendly service BUT... I wish they participated in the .85 blizzards and other promotions DQ runs. No Specials at all... Discouraging to people like us who keep your business doors open.

It's like it was 1965. I went to the DQ in Westmont with my 3 grandkids for an after school treat. Unfortunately, I realized I left my wallet at home. We had already placed our order. The owner said, no worries, just call me with your cc number when you get home. NOBODY does that today! Amazing trust! And of course the ice cream was delish.

Online hours said they close at 8:30pm. Store front hours said they close at 9pm. I'm standing in front of the store at 7:30pm and someone wrote "closed" on a piece of paper. Not sure if permanently closed or if they just don't have the staffing to stay open during the normal hours of operation

It's ok--a Dairy Queen where you can get the things you usually want to get at DQ. I stopped here because I was very much craving a blizzard. It's a very small location with no drive through but plenty of parking since it's located in a shopping center. But when I stopped in, the bathroom was under repair. Hope they're getting that taken care of because it is indeed incredibly inconvenient for customers (and employees, I'd assume). It's a fairly small DQ with only maybe four or so tables and I'm not sure they sell food here besides ice cream treats.

I know that Dairy Queen stores are similar but I really appreciate the friendly service, generous portions, and efficient service this store in particular provides. There are two closer Dairy Queens but I do choose this one over others

Young girl who “works” the register is rude. No introduction when you walk in. I asked for what I wanted, no “okay we’ll get that for you”. She just looked at me and rang it up on the register and walked away. I’m sorry I interrupted your conversation with your make worker, but you have a job to do. SHE DIDNT EVEN TELL ME MY TOTAL. I had to look on the screen myself. She’s a young girl who I hear is the owners daughter. Anyone can learn basic customer service. This is the second time I’ve been to this location that this girl is more worried about flirting with her male coworker instead of helping customers. Will not return.
Stopped by for chocolate dipped soft serve in a cone. No issues, light and fluffy with a thin dark chocolate crisp coating. They have a freezer filled with a wide variety of ice cream bars and cakes ready to take home.

First of all I want to say that I have been coming to Dairy Queen for 35 years. The best ice cream ever. My 2 favorite ice creams are Pineapple Sunday, and the number 1 is the Famous Dilly bar. Love this place in Westmont close to home. The owner is a very nice awesome women. Down to earth. Very clean and safe place . Keep up the great work.

This place is dirty smells wierd. I ordered a banana split and the bananas were completely rotten, and I mean ROTTEN. There's plenty of other Dairy Queens, don't go here.
