This Jimmy John’s is very unsanitary. It looks like the manager today was working. She didn’t have a hat on. She had regular clothes on with her string on her shirt, touching the food and then they have long wait they’re not freaky fast as they say and it doesn’t make sense that if you know, you know the volume of your store, the history, why isn’t the other side of the deli open? Additionally, I have reached out to corporate about this location and I have yet to receive a response. I hope they don’t respond now because at this point thumbs down.And don’t respond saying you’re sorry because if you were sorry, you would change the way your organization operates you will make sure your employees are friendly, not attitude-ish, and that you would take Customer Service and sanitary skills as they are supposed to be upheld. I wonder if the city of westmont or Dupage county knows about the lack of sanitation that you all have

Even with a pre-order on the app (more than once), I've gotten to the restaurant only to be told "10 more minutes". We chose JJ because they're freaky fast, but apparently not this location. Go to the Jersey Mike's right across the street.

3rd time my order was wrong, with the exact same thing every time... I don't know if they even double check the order at all before they prepare it or they just don't care. Why have a "No mayonnaise" option if the employees can't even understand it?

Order#: 201259098868613138/1/23 Online order for pickup at 1:19...1:45 still no food. Brought my baby down from the car....sitting here watching a walkin get their food and walk out as I'm sitting here with my baby. So not fast anymore this
Takes over a hour to get your order & it's not even correct. Was told they would credit my card. That was a month ago. They need to close this store it is a waste of time & space. I also placed a order over the weekend on their app waited a hour for my delivery so I called the store to find out they are not doing delivery, I asked why would you take the order and confirm it. The 12 year old manager said that has nothing to do with them that is the apps, problem.

Ordered on Doordash. Called after not receiving my food after 45 minutes they said they would check the status and get back to me. Was on hold for 20 minutes. I tried ending the call and calling back and no one would answer. Then on Doordarsh it said the order was complete and still never got any food. I can't even get a refund since no one is answering the phones. Terrible place, never ordering again.

Ordered at 10:50 am and still by 2:00pm no food. Called twice to find out where it was the person on the phone said..they were busy "5 more minutes" another hour went by..called again "5-7 more minutes". When I called to talk to a manager, he said that no order was ever placed. I ordered it at my desk with people all around that heard me. I re-ordered what I got and asked for some sort of discount. He said NO. Nice customer service. I'm telling everyone that I work with NOT to order from them again.
