So I've lived in Westmont for awhile now and if you can, avoid this location and go to either the Ogden one, Clarendon Hills, or even Plainfield off 75th.Even with a mobile order that was placed 20 mins ago ahead of time, 5-6 cars will still get their food ahead of you.Also the drive thru worker, guy with dark hair walking to drive thru cars on 3/26 TOOK A PIC of our car license plate... any reason for this???When I go in other times, the older lady with grey hair is super nice. She's super helpful.

5 stars when Bobby is working. He is a gem! I was in the drive thru and he was working inside but spotted me as a regular in the morning and came out to say good morning to me. I loved it and his friendliness is what convinces me to go back in the mornings. Unfortunately he got yelled at for coming outside and talking to me but honestly he's what keeps bringing me back with his warm, friendly, and outgoing personality. He is a model of what all staff should be.

If you like gambling this is the perfect location for you. You placed your order through mobile app, drive-tru or in person? Don’t matter. You are not getting what you ordered.7/10 times they will get it wrong.

Don’t bother placing a mobile order and picking it up. They’ll get it wrong and you’ll have to check your bag and ask for all missing things/drinks, despite having it spelt out in your order. My order was simple and for one person with no modifications, just a dipping sauce selection. I wasn’t given a receipt so I couldn’t check anything.

Canola oil is Car engine oil, if you don’t mind eating that then, it’s a great option. They have found human beings in the past at McDonald’s in the food. That’s a little scary, Bill Gates has a lot to do with it and the quality of their potatoes. Sunday 10:30 go to get a hot coffee from pull out the drive-thru and realize that my coffee is cold just quit your job if you don't like your job just quit stop wasting people's money and time everything that's been coming out of your guys's drive through lately is not proper pickles outside burgers burgers upside down half full large french fries half full large Pop please if you don't like your job if the manager can't see this happening then your manager should be fired on top of you guys raising the food price and charging for bags your food is pretty the mix sauce that you put on a big Mac is also sour so you guys have to fix that too
